customer segment, especially within the Korean market. Fluency in Korean is required for this role. In this pivotal role, you

technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth.
This role is based in our Sydney or Singapore office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are

FirmPilot is the first AI platform built specifically for law firm marketing. We help small to mid-sized firms generate high-intent leads and sign more cases. Our clients typically see 180%+ growth in caseload. Most law firms rely on outdated SEO tactics, generic content, and vanity metrics. FirmPilot replaces that guesswork with precision. Our proprietary legal knowledge database ensures that content is written to rank. Real-time competitor analysis identifies the searches that actually convert. The platform optimizes continuously based on results, not reports. We're scaling fast and building a sales team that operates with intensity and accountability. This is a high-activity outbound BDR position. Cold calls, cold outreach, pipeline generation. Not passive. Not inbound. WHO YOU'RE SELLING TO Managing partners at personal injury firms, solo criminal defense attorneys, owners of growing family or immigration practices. They've hired three agencies in four years. Two ghosted them. One sent monthly PDFs full of "impressions." None of it signed cases. They're skeptical of anyone promising "AI." Your job is to cut through in the first line, be human, be specific, and earn the meeting. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO * Working steps of our outreach sequence averaging 100+ calls per day and 2.5 hours of talk time * Earn time by demonstrating value and overcoming objections * Convert outreach into qualified meetings with law firm decision-makers * Generate pipeline that hits qualified meeting targets (~average 13/mo) * Partner with Account Executives on handoff and deal progression * Maintain solid call notes and accurate tracking of all activity in HubSpot WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 1+ year(s) in outbound sales, SDR or business development * Comfortable with high-volume cold calling * High degree of personal accountability and consistency * Coachable and adaptable to change, with a growth mindset * Strong verbal communicator who qualifies and adapts in real-time * You genuinely want a career in sales, not a placeholder job. You can tell us what success looks like for you over the next one to three years and why this is the path. WHY THIS SEAT IS WORTH IT * Product that actually works. 180%+ case lift, real ROI, customers who renew because the math is the math. * Being equipped with data to make outreach specific and meaningful to attorneys (this is not a spray and pray approach) * Ability to work directly with VP & SVP level leaders - providing both sales & career guidance * Supportive team with shared learnings and direct feedback * Compensation that scales with production - heavily rewarding overachievement * The chance to be part of a disruptive AI technology, pioneering the next age of digital marketing and helping local businesses stay ahead of the curve COMPENSATION Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000, with additional commission based on performance (up to $110k OTE). In addition to base salary and commission, FirmPilot offers: * 100% premium cost for employee only: health, dental, and vision coverage * Discretionary paid time off * 11 holidays observed, and 2 floating holidays

What you'll do: You will lead a team of currently four Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and carry a personal outbound quota. This is a player-coach position; roughly 75% of your time goes to managing and developing the US-based BDR team, and the other 25% to working towards your personal target. You set the standard for our US BDRs, build the BDR playbook for the Americas, and ensure the team meets quotas. Team Management: * Coach the US-based BDRs on handling inbound leads, outbound prospecting, sequencing, and qualifying enterprise opportunities in the Americas. * Run weekly 1:1s, team meetings, and regular calling sessions * Develop and refine the US outbound playbook (sequencing, messaging, target account lists, and qualification criteria) in close collaboration with the VP of Sales. * Hold the team accountable for meeting quality standards and qualified meeting goals. Report performance clearly and without excuses. Personal Pipeline: * Manage an individual outbound target aimed at executive commercial leaders within the CPG, Retail, and Telecommunications sectors. * Execute strategic, multi-channel outreach to engage complex buying groups, prioritizing meaningful dialogue over sheer outreach volume. * Transition thoroughly vetted leads to Account Executives using the MEDDIC framework, ensuring deep visibility into stakeholder needs and pain points. * Act as a brand ambassador for Buynomics at US industry gatherings, fostering relationships within the Pricing and RGM professional circles. What we're looking for: Must Haves: * 3+ years in a BDR or outbound sales role at an enterprise B2B SaaS or data/analytics company, with at least 1 year in a lead capacity. You have opened doors at large companies using structured, multi-touch prospecting, not just inbound sales. * Comfortable selling a technical, analytical product to senior business buyers. * Structured thinker. You run sequenced processes, document your team's numbers, and can give an honest read of what’s working and what’s not. Strong Advantage: * Background in (selling to) CPGs and/or working with pricing tools, revenue growth management software, or commercial analytics platforms (e.g. NielsenIQ, Kantar, Circana, Pricing SaaS). * Existing network within CPG, Retail, or Telco in the Americas. * Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar structured qualification methodology. * Experience building or iterating a BDR sales playbook in a scaling startup. What we offer: * A vibrant, international, and diverse work environment. * Flexible work options: remote within EST locations. Optional visits to our NYC office. * A dedicated learning budget to support your professional growth and development. * Health, Visual, and Dental Insurance * Personal and professional growth opportunities * Regular company events in Germany To ensure a smooth and efficient process and that no applications are overlooked, please apply directly to the role.
