Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal
teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and
Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
We're hiring an APAC Payroll Specialist to help build and scale payroll as Legora continues to grow across the region. Working
closely with our Global Payroll Manager, you'll help ensure payroll runs smoothly across multiple APAC countries in an outsourced
setup, while also shaping the processes, controls, and ways of working that will support our continued expansion.
This is not a role where you'll spend most of your time processing payroll yourself. Instead, you'll coordinate with external
payroll providers, review and quality-check their work, and help improve how we work as we enter new markets. As the function
develops, there will also be room to shape parts of the role based on your strengths and interests.

WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll own APAC campaigns and content strategy and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. You will bring global campaigns and product launches into APAC by working with the local APAC marketing team to bring these campaigns to life. As well as bringing global campaigns to APAC, you will also create new campaigns from scratch and help to scale these out globally if successful in APAC. These are full integrated campaigns where you own everything from strategy, channel mix, content, messaging and execution (in-partnership with the local APAC marketing team). This role is based in Sydney and will report to the APAC Head of Marketing, partnering closely with APAC regional and global marketing teams. In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE * Lead APAC integrated campaigns from brief to launch to retro: positioning, messaging, channel plan, asset plan, and timeline management across priority markets. * The types of campaigns you own will be very diverse. Campaigns owned will span across product launches, demand generation campaigns, and brand campaigns. * Own the campaign content and assets that brings APAC campaigns to life end-to-end, including: * Define the content strategy, narrative, and key messages for each campaign (aligned to global positioning and regional insights). * Own the content plan and production of core campaign assets * Build and maintain modular messaging/toolkits for localization and reuse across markets (especially Japan), ensuring quality and cultural fluency. * Deliver Sales enablement content tied to the campaign (one-pagers, pitch decks, customer stories, talk tracks) to drive pipeline creation and conversion. * Create the local creative assets needed for the APAC campaigns. * Partner with country/regional marketers to bring a campaign to life in APAC. You will bring the APAC marketing team on your campaign journey and project plan the roll out. * Bring global campaigns to APAC and create new campaigns from scratch in APAC and if successful, package these up to roll out globally. * Own campaign performance reporting and learnings: synthesize insights (what worked/why), recommend optimizations, and share clear readouts with regional and global stakeholders. * Establish an AI-forward campaigns & content operating system. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING * Proven experience leading B2B integrated campaigns and content programs in APAC, with strong judgment on “what works where” across different markets and segments. * Excellent messaging and storytelling skills: can turn product value into clear narratives, positioning, and multi-asset campaign copy. * Strong program management: can run multi-stakeholder launches with tight timelines, clear briefs, and high-quality deliverables. * Deep localization sensibility for APAC, especially high-context markets (e.g., Japan): you can brief, review, and raise quality to avoid “direct translation” outcomes that harm performance and brand. * Strong familiarity with APAC marketing/sales tech stack and measurement: Salesforce.com, Marketo/Customer.io, web analytics, UTM hygiene, and campaign reporting. * Extremely AI-forward: you actively adopt and operationalize AI to improve speed, quality, and consistency (research, ideation, content versioning, reporting), and can bring others along. NICE TO HAVES * Be a Notion user * Also have experience across B2C campaigns * Experience in SaaS/Tech companies We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy. #LI-Onsite A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds.
