Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key duties… * Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction  * Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols  * Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants  * Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards  * Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities  * Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management  * Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception  * Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns  * Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence. * Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we are looking for... * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role  * Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)  * Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting  * Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills  * Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills  * Strong organisational and time management abilities

A successful Lead Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.  * Extensive experience as a qualified therapist with a broad range of treatments  * Proven leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment  * Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills * Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a high-end service setting  * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  Desirable:  * Relevant therapy qualifications (e.g., massage, beauty, holistic therapies)  * Additional certifications in advanced or specialised treatments  * Knowledge of spa software and booking systems  * NVQ levels 2 & 3 qualified    Physical Requirements:  * Must be over the age of 18  * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand  * Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours  * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
