På On Air Gameshows erbjuder vi upplevelsen att få vara med i en riktig tv-sänd Gameshow, fast utan pressen från kamerorna. Vi tar emot företags- såväl som privata grupper på 6- 45 personer och vi erbjuder shower på både svenska och engelska. Vi söker nu nya programledare till våra två studios på Övre Husargatan i Göteborg till höstsäsongen. Ett perfekt extrajobb upptill studier eller annat jobb. Start i augusti, men intervjuer sker löpande. Som programledare är det du som håller i showen, presenterar tävlingarna, ställer frågorna och skapar stämningen för de tävlande. Det är även du som sköter tekniken under showen. Tjänsten är behovsbaserad och vi söker dig som kan arbeta 2 lördagar per månad, dag- och kvällstid, samt några vardagskvällar utöver det. Ett normalt arbetspass ligger på ca 3- 7 timmar. Tidigare scenerfarenhet (tex. konferencier, moderator, stand up) är meriterande. Ingångslön 180 kr/h. On Air har kollektivavtal, Gröna Riksen. Reporting directly to our COO you will work cross-functionally to build customer value and drive new business. You will have global ownership of the full lifecycle of a portfolio of top 50 global pharma enterprise customers. You will be pivotal to understand our client’s strategy, relate to the executive level and navigate our resources and capabilities to the “best fit”.   What you will do:  * Become a trusted advisor in the AI Pharma sector to existing and target Causaly clients  * Leverage your existing industry network to open early discussions and get critical customer insights  * Establish relationships at senior call points in Top Pharma and work to develop and qualify interest in use cases and business challenges that Causaly can address  * Drive new business for Causaly Cloud platform solution, selling into the existing client base and prospective new clients across North America, focused on the Top 30 clients.  * Strategically understand the needs, limits, must haves, and key landmines in the accounts and guide the go to market teams in execution  * Develop an understanding of assigned clients’ strategic goals, decision-making structure, key influencers, and other objectives while mapping Causaly impact through both today’s offerings and tomorrow’s potential  * Liaise with Product to refine Product Market Messaging and contribute customer and market feedback about future business opportunities and current product experience.    * Become a champion for the Causaly Platform with ability to deeply discuss the value across any given product in the solution.  * Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process  * Accurately communicate account status to executive Causaly management  WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  * Experience in engaging to scientific, technical and economic buyers and decision-makers up to C-Suite in global 30 Pharma  * Consultative selling skills (questioning, listening, handling call dynamics, managing objections, closing for next steps)  * Leadership experience (VP, SVP) and / or selling experience into Big Pharma & Biotech space (e.g. as a Partner of a strategy consulting firm)  * The ability to work in partnership with Strategic Account Executives to develop opportunities and sell the value of the Causaly Cloud platform  * Make sure that our clients and prospects understand and perceive the full value of our products while acting as a trusted voice in articulating Causaly positioning  * Experience leading strategic, long-term sales cycles within the biopharma sector  * Strong presenter, both in person and virtually  BENEFITS 💰 Competitive compensation package 🤓 Personal development budget   🧘 Individual wellbeing budget   🥳 Your birthday off!  ♾️ Unlimited time off  🧑‍🍼 12 weeks paid parental leave (after 6 months)    🚀 Potential to have real impact and accelerated career growth as a member of an international team that's building a transformative AI product.  We are on a mission to accelerate scientific breakthroughs for ALL humankind, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
