Roskilde Orto-Teknik ApS is seeking four dental technicians for our technical department.
We are a well-established orthodontic laboratory, centrally located in Roskilde, just a 3-minute walk from Roskilde Station. Our laboratory is equipped with the latest technology, including milling machines, 3D printers, and scanners, and we continuously focus on developing our professional expertise and digital workflows.
You will become part of a strong team consisting of 23 full-time dental technicians, with a good balance of age and gender, and an informal yet professional working environment.

The RBT Floor Supervisor is a critical leadership role within the RBT Rise Program, responsible for supporting the clinic floor operations and the development of the RBT team. This role is designed for experienced Lead RBTs, ready to transition into a leadership role that focuses on mentorship, clinic organization, and team development. The RBT Floor Supervisor will not have a consistent client case load and will ensure that RBTs receive the guidance, resources, and support needed to deliver high-quality ABA services. What You'll Be Doing: Training and Development • RBT Support and Training: Provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship to RBTs to ensure they deliver behavior intervention plans effectively while maintaining clinical best practices. • Modeling Best Practices: Demonstrate effective clinical techniques, data collection methods, and client interaction strategies to help RBTs enhance their skills. • Facilitate Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new RBTs, coordinating shadowing sessions, and facilitating training modules to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. • Training Support: Conduct designated training sessions (97153 and 97154) ensuring consistency in clinical practices. Clinical and Organizational Support • Clinic Organization: Ensure that the clinic is well-organized, clean, and conducive to a productive work environment. Assist with clean-up and overall clinic maintenance throughout the day. • Team Support: Provide daily support to RBTs, ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and assistance necessary to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. • Break and Lunch Coverage: Fill in for RBTs during breaks and lunches, as needed, to maintain clinic operations without disruption to client services. RBT Mentorship • Mentorship Role: Act as a mentor to the RBT team, fostering professional growth through feedback, coaching, and hands-on guidance. • Performance Evaluation Assistance: Collaborate with the Lead BCBA to provide feedback during RBT evaluations, assisting in identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements. • Leadership Development: Help identify and develop future RBT leaders by mentoring highpotential team members and offering leadership development opportunities. Recruitment, Shadowing, and Onboarding: • RBT Shadowing: Oversee shadowing sessions for new and current RBTs to ensure they are learning and applying best practices in a clinical setting. • Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding experience for new RBT hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles. • Interviewing and Hiring: Participate in the RBT recruitment process by conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations based on organizational needs and cultural fit. Care Delivery Support • Support in Clinic Care: While not scheduled for direct client care or dosage, the RBT Floor Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the overall care delivery process by ensuring clinic operations run smoothly and that RBTs have the support they need. We're Looking for Someone With: • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lead RBT in good standing or previous experience and demonstrated competency. • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or early childhood education preferred. Exceptions may be made based on years of experience as an RBT and tenure with HHF. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team while maintaining high clinical standards and promoting professional growth. Description Essential Functions : Performs inspections for products manufactured by dental technicians; performs quality control inspections according to the quality standard procedures. Evaluates each case thoroughly to ensure correct product per Rx specifications. Serves as a liaison between dental technicians and managers. Communicates with colleagues, dental technicians, and managers in a prompt articulate manner on a continuous basis. Relies on extensive technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals. Communicates with supervisors, QC personnel, and technicians about work quality, quality standards, turnaround time, deadlines, and work flow. Provides constructive feedback to all dental technicians in regards to quality of work produced. Ensures high productivity and work quality by problem solving, motivating, and helping technicians. Complies with safety procedures. Seeks advice and input from the manager when needed. Understands all file trees. Sends and receives files to and from specified labs as directed. Trains technicians. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
