We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Specialist / Azure DevOps Engineer
What You Will Work On
Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Build and optimize YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines
Implement DevSecOps principles across software development and operations
Integrate automated security controls into CI/CD workflows
Configure and maintain SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
Integrate security tools and frameworks into development pipelines
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
Support container-based application deployment and platform automation
Improve deployment automation, monitoring, and release processes
Drive continuous improvements in DevSecOps practices and cloud security
Coach development teams on secure software delivery methodologies
Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and Agile Release Train activities
Manage cross-team dependencies within complex delivery environments
Evaluate and recommend new DevSecOps technologies and tools
Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices
What You Bring
Several years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps within complex enterprise environments
Deep expertise in Azure DevOps
Strong experience with both YAML-based and Classic Azure DevOps pipelines
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD security best practices
Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
Experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines
Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
Experience working with container-based platforms and deployments
Strong collaboration skills with development, operations, and security teams
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Experience working within SAFe Agile or similar Agile frameworks
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer Location: Stockholm, Sweden Work Mode: On-site (100%) Assignment Period: 10 August 2026 – 31 December 2026 We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join an exciting project in Stockholm. In this role, you will help build and maintain secure, automated, and scalable software delivery processes while collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Integrate DevSecOps practices into software development and operational processes. Implement automated security controls, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management. Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates). Support containerized environments and improve deployment automation. Drive continuous improvements in security, monitoring, and deployment processes. Coach development teams on DevSecOps best practices. Work in a SAFe Agile environment and participate in Agile ceremonies. Required Qualifications Several years of experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer in complex environments. Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including YAML and Classic Pipelines. Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps principles. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates). Experience with container technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in SAFe Agile or a similar Agile framework. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred Qualifications Azure or DevSecOps certifications. Experience with SIEM, cloud monitoring, and security operations. Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust architecture. Experience with AWS or Google Cloud. Experience from regulated industries such as banking, finance, or insurance.
