Wir suchen einen Motion Designer & Digital Art Director, der visuell stark ist, Trends früh erkennt und neue Tools inklusive KI
selbstverständlich in seine Workflows einbaut. An der Schnittstelle von Kreation, Redaktion und Produktion entwickelst du Inhalte,
die Aufmerksamkeit verdienen und auf Performance einzahlen.
Motion und 3D entwickeln sich rasant, neue Tools, neue Pipelines, neue Möglichkeiten durch KI. Wir suchen niemanden, der nur
sauber animiert, sondern jemanden mit echtem Gespür für Bildsprache, Timing und digitale Dynamiken.
Wir halten nichts von Floskeln wie „immer frisches Obst" oder „flache Hierarchien". Wir versuchen auch nicht, eine künstlich edgy
Agenturkultur zu inszenieren, um schlechte Arbeitsbedingungen zu kaschieren. Wir glauben, dass Agenturarbeit auch anders

Alive unterstützt du unser Kreativteam bei der Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Kampagnen, Social Media Content und kreativen Kommunikationsideen. You’ll own the creation of high-impact marketing and event assets across digital and print, helping our products and community stand out everywhere they appear. You’ll lead end-to-end creative production for campaigns, website and social visuals, motion content, decks, flyers, merchandise, and booth displays — ensuring every touchpoint reflects our craft and speed. You’ll also help implement our upcoming brand refresh in partnership with an external agency, translating new guidelines into scalable systems that the team can execute daily. You’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Creative to scope needs, align on priorities, and deliver work that supports adoption of Ultralytics tools — from the open-source ecosystem on GitHub to the developer experience across our Documentation and Community. Cross-functional collaboration & quality * Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Marketing to ship cohesive, on-brand work. * Own design QA to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polish before anything goes live. 🧠 Skills and experience Core requirements * 6–8 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced tech, AI, or startup environment. * A strong portfolio spanning brand, marketing, events, and multi-format execution. * Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). * Strong Figma skills for UI collaboration, components, and rapid iteration. * Confident in motion design and editing for dynamic, short-form content. * Hands-on with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Midjourney, image/video generators and editors) and curiosity to apply them responsibly in a production design pipeline. * Ability to translate complex concepts (e.g., YOLO and vision AI workflows) into clear visuals. * Exceptional time management with a structured approach to multitasking and delivery. * Clear communicator who collaborates well, takes feedback, and iterates quickly. * Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with evolving priorities and high accountability. * Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging tech (deep technical background not required).
