Geschäft gezielt aus und suchen dich als technisches Gesicht dafür: Du planst und setzt Migrationen um, berätst Kunden auf
Augenhöhe und arbeitest im Tandem mit unserem Business Development Manager Microsoft, der den Vertrieb treibt, während du die
Lösungen baust.
Wichtig: Wir besetzen diese Rolle levelgerecht. Ob du mit 1–2 Jahren M365-Praxis durchstarten willst oder schon Migrationsprojekte
verantwortet hast – Aufgaben, Ziele und Gehalt passen wir an dein Level an. Was nicht verhandelbar ist: echte Lust auf die
Microsoft-Cloud.
Deine Rolle – vier Schwerpunkte
Projekte umsetzen (ca. 50 %): Du planst und realisierst Microsoft-365-Projekte eigenverantwortlich: Tenant-Aufbau,
Exchange-Migrationen (Hybrid und Online), Entra ID, Intune-Rollouts mit Autopilot, Teams-Einführungen.
Kunden beraten (ca. 25 %): Du führst Workshops durch, entwirfst Lösungsdesigns, härtest Umgebungen mit Security-Baselines
(Conditional Access, Defender) und begleitest Kunden auf dem Weg zur Copilot-Readiness.
Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung (ca. 15 %): Du betreust bestehende Kundenumgebungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level und entwickelst sie
kontinuierlich weiter statt nur Tickets abzuarbeiten.
Wissen teilen (ca. 10 %): Du hältst unser Team zu Microsoft-Neuerungen auf dem Laufenden und unterstützt Pre-Sales-Termine als
technischer Sparringspartner.

Du betreust Schulen in deiner Region ganzheitlich: vom pädagogischen Netz über WLAN und Endgeräte bis zum Verwaltungsnetz. Etwa die Hälfte deiner Zeit bist du vor Ort an den Schulen, die andere Hälfte arbeitest du remote oder im Office. Kaum ein IT-Job zeigt dir direkter, wofür du arbeitest: damit Unterricht funktioniert. Principal data architects at Thoughtworks play a key part in developing modern data architecture approaches to meet business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions. They are responsible for enabling clients and Thoughtworks teams to align on outcomes that support the vision painted by data strategists. They lead the design and architecture of the initiatives which are key to delivery of solutions to budget and timelines. They also guide and mentor delivery teams on architectural decisions to deliver to the solution agreements. JOB QUALIFICATIONS TECHNICAL SKILLS * You have experience in defining and implementing different types of data architecture, analyzing trade-offs and can define technology stacks for different types of data architecture. * You have experience in designing application system architecture based on big data, artificial intelligence and related technologies. * You have rich experience in building, maintaining and tuning data platforms, as well extensive experience in data warehouse design, data modeling, data monitoring and operations. * You have experience with common design patterns, application frameworks and foundational/theoretical knowledge (i.e.: distributed systems, data intensive applications, etc.). * You are passionate about data infrastructure and operations, with expertise working in cloud environments. * You are proficient in common open-source distributed computing/storage technologies, including but not limited to YARN, Impala, Spark, MapReduce, Kafka and Flink, with practical project architecture experience. * You have experience in defining, developing and enabling data-driven techniques, advanced analytics, ML/AI and data mining applications in enterprise. * You have experience in developing real-time and low-latency data streaming solutions and a differentiated view on the complexities and tradeoffs connected with them. * You have experience in productionizing machine learning models and applying techniques, tools and processes.
