Rollbeskrivning
Som Web Content Editor arbetar du med berikning av produkter i vår e-handel och bidrar till utveckling av organisationens masterdatahantering. Rollen är huvudsakligen inriktad på arbete med produktinformation och teknisk data men även textproduktion och Customer Experience.
Du jobbar på Web Content avdelningen som består av 9 personer och ingår i säljavdelningen som består av ca 25 personer.
Proffsmagasinet har sitt kontor i nyrenoverade, fräscha lokaler i Marievik vid Liljeholmskajen, med utsikt över Årstaviken. Vi arbetar på kontoret fyra dagar i veckan, med möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån en dag i veckan.
Din huvudsakliga uppgift är produktberikning och säkerställa att produktdata följer kvalitetsstandarder och riktlinjer.
Utveckla och optimera produktinformationen i vår e-handel så att den är korrekt, relevant, inspirerande och hjälper kunden hela vägen till köpbeslut.
Identifiera och åtgärda datafel samt föreslå förbättringar av processer och system.
Samarbeta med andra avdelningar, såsom SEO, UX och kundupplevelse, för att säkerställa att artikelpresentation uppfyller affärsmålen.
Delta aktivt i teamets planering och bidra till ett effektivt arbete i agila sprintar.
Bidra till att utveckla och effektivisera teamets arbetsmetoder samt stödja kollegor.
Utveckla din tekniska förståelse för system, AI och datadrivna processer och föreslå strategiska förbättringar.
Kompetens: Stark teknisk förståelse för system, datakvalitet och processer.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i PIM-system och andra relaterade verktyg är meriterande.
Erfarenhet av administrativa uppgifter, gärna inom e-handel och vår bransch.
Goda kunskaper i Excel.
God skriftlig förmåga och erfarenhet av säljande produkttexter.
Kunskaper i finska, norska eller danska är meriterande.
Noggrannhet och strukturerat arbetssätt.
Initiativtagande och vilja att bidra till teamets utveckling.

We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Web team, focused on creating high-impact, conversion-driven web experiences. You'll design and optimize our website and key pre-signup journeys - from first impression through to entering the signup flow. Your work will directly influence how users discover, trust, and engage with Natural Cycles. Working closely with designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers, you'll operate in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. From landing pages to A/B tests, you'll continuously refine our website and see the impact of your work in real time. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing Design high-performing web experiences: Create visually engaging, user-centered web pages and experiences that help users get started with Natural Cycles. Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and iteration. Take ownership of web design craft together with the team, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency. Bring ideas from concept to high-fidelity execution across all web touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and engineering to deliver and test ideas quickly. Use data, user behavior, and research insights to inform and validate design decisions. Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, and visual language. What skills and experience we think you have 4+ years of web design experience, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing sites or conversion-focused flows. Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design. A solid understanding of user behavior, marketing principles, and conversion drivers. Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite Experience working with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
