From understanding our data, identifying problems, to working with product, tech, and design on hypothesizing solutions. You’ll be the driver of our experimentation and learning efforts and will collaborate with different teams. What you will do * Understanding Truecaller's data. * Taking ownership of quantitative insights for your team, playing a crucial role in product development. * Defining experiments, overseeing their setup, and analyzing their results to drive decision-making. * Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring their tracking, reliability, and reporting. * Creating data pipelines and dashboards to measure the team's KPIs and effectively communicate insights to both the team and leadership. * Coaching and mentoring the team on experimentation and data-driven product development processes, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. What you bring in * 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics * Experience in using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data * Experience in data visualisation tools like Looker (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI * Experience in mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing about data in product development * Experience in digging into different data sources to understand why specific customer behaviours happen * Fluent in spoken and written English It would be great if you also have * Big data query tools (we use BigQuery). * Experience with data from mobile applications. All of this data is only valuable if it can be used to guide our day to day operations and the mission of the Data and Analytics craft is to turn that raw data into actionable insights. We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our flagship Angry Birds 2 game in the Stockholm studio. Coming into this role, you will build an understanding of the game and different business levers and use that knowledge to build new game features, optimising existing ones, structure vague problem statements in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will be working as a part of a live ops pod, supporting it as a dedicated team member. The team is located in our studio in the centre of Stockholm and works in a hybrid mode (3 days per week onsite). Currently not based in Sweden? No problem at all, we will help you with the relocation and work permit if needed!

You will play a vital role in optimizing our User Acquisition performance, focusing on channel efficiency, campaign impact and creative testing. You will thrive in this role if you have the ability to combine domain knowledge with analytical methods and collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds, always keeping return of investment on the top of your mind. You will use your skills to discover opportunities, objectively evaluate what works, and make actionable recommendations to improve the performance of our UA activities.
