Du blir strategiskt ansvarig för konsultkategorin och för att driva komplexa IT-upphandlingar och avtal som stärker Ellevios sourcing, digitalisering och affärsmässighet. Det här är en roll för dig som vill arbeta både strategiskt och affärsnära med category management inom konsultområdet. Du utvecklar sourcingstrategier, arbetar med avtalshantering och leverantörsstyrning, driver förhandlingar och stöttar verksamheten i avropsprocesser. Samtidigt leder du komplexa IT-upphandlingar inom exempelvis projektleveranser och underhåll, och bidrar till utveckling av AI-initiativ och moderna arbetssätt i inköpsfunktionen.
Kategoriansvar Konsulter: utveckla strategi, förvalta ramavtal, följa upp leverantörer och driva förhandlingar.
Strategiskt IT-inköp: projektbaserat och konkret arbete med komplexa upphandlingar och avtal inom IT-området.
Verksamhetsutveckling: bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, styrning och AI-initiativ inom inköp.

Din stationeringsort kan vara på vårt huvudkontor i Stockholm eller på regionkontoret i Karlstad. Resor förekommer vid exempelvis leverantörsaudits och förhandlingar.
För att du ska passa och trivas i rollen
Du är en trygg och affärsmässig inköpsperson med starkt självledarskap. Du gillar att ta ansvar, driva frågor framåt och navigera i komplexa upphandlingar där flera intressen ska mötas. Samtidigt är du kommunikativ, samarbetsorienterad och bra på att skapa förtroende – både internt och externt.
Relevant akademisk utbildning inom exempelvis IT, teknik, ekonomi eller juridik – eller motsvarande utbildning och arbetslivserfarenhet.
Mångårig erfarenhet av strategiskt inköp, upphandling, förhandling och leverantörsutveckling.
Erfarenhet av avtalshantering inom konsult- och/eller IT-området.
God kunskap om standardavtal, exempelvis ABK09 samt avtal för IT-projekt och IT-underhåll.
Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Erfarenhet som IT-inköpare eller från strategisk IT-förvaltning.
Erfarenhet av upphandlingar enligt LOU/LUF.
Erfarenhet av AI-initiativ inom inköp eller verksamhetsutveckling.
