Som Marketing & Events Manager kommer du att arbeta nära företagets ledning, konsulter och affärsutveckling för att planera och genomföra marknadsföringsaktiviteter som stärker företagets position inom data- och informationsteknik. Rollen kombinerar marknadsföring, kommunikation och projektledning med ett starkt fokus på att skapa och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med kunder och samarbetspartners.
Planera, koordinera och genomföra marknadsföringskampanjer för företagets tjänster och programvarulösningar.
Skapa och publicera innehåll för företagets digitala kanaler, inklusive webbplats och sociala medier.
Ansvara för framtagning av marknadsföringsmaterial, presentationer och annat kommunikationsmaterial.
Planera och koordinera företagets deltagande i mässor, seminarier, kundevent och andra affärsfrämjande aktiviteter.
Bygga och utveckla relationer med kunder, samarbetspartners och andra intressenter.
Samordna kommunikation mellan interna team och externa samarbetspartners.
Följa upp och analysera marknadsföringsaktiviteter samt föreslå förbättringsåtgärder.
Bidra till utveckling av företagets varumärke och marknadsstrategi.
Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning.
Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Mycket god organisatorisk och administrativ förmåga.
God vana att arbeta med digitala verktyg och Microsoft Office.
Erfarenhet av projektledning eller koordinering.
Erfarenhet av marknadsföring, kommunikation eller event.
Kunskap om digital marknadsföring och sociala medier.
Erfarenhet från B2B-verksamhet eller teknikbranschen.
Kreativ och initiativtagande.

We are now looking for a hands-on and community-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for rallying and activating the full Tobii Gaming ecosystem, including game studios, peripheral manufacturers, platform partners, and creators, to deliver impactful launches and sustained growth. The Opportunity As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Tobii Gaming by leading go-to-market strategy and execution for our next-generation products. Working at the intersection of product, marketing and partnerships, you will bring together game studios, hardware partners, creators and platform partners to deliver impactful launches and drive sustained growth. By building strong partnerships and aligning teams around a common vision, you will help turn innovative products into successful market experiences. Your mission * Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for future Tobii Gaming products, ensuring successful launches and sustained market impact * Build, activate and grow Tobii Gaming’s partner ecosystem across game studios, hardware manufacturers, platform partners, publishers and creators * Plan and execute industry events, partner activations, and co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness, community engagement, and business growth. * Develop and execute partner-driven marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth * Collaborate closely with product, sales, our marketing agency, ecommerce and the Community & Content Lead to align positioning, messaging and launch activities * Identify new partnership opportunities and turn them into impactful collaborations that strengthen Tobii Gaming’s presence in the gaming ecosystem * Use market insights, partner feedback and performance data to continuously improve go-to-market execution and business results We hope you have * Experience leading product marketing, go-to-market initiatives or partner marketing within gaming, technology or a related industry * Proven ability to drive complex launches and marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners * Experience building and managing strategic partnerships that create value for both customers and the business * Strong commercial and strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on approach to execution * Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling positioning, messaging and customer value * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with native-level English * Experience launching hardware products, working with creators, or familiarity with simulation gaming communities is a strong plus, but not required Who are you? As Publishing Account Manager you are the external voice of Embark Studios to our platform partners. Your goal is to champion our games within the ecosystems of Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Valve (Steam), and others. You build and maintain strong relationships to secure featuring opportunities, navigate platform policies, and unlock commercial value. Example of responsibilities Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for first-party partners (Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Epic, etc.). Advocacy & Featuring: Pitch our titles for platform-specific opportunities, including store featuring, marketing support, and inclusion in subscription services or events. Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with platforms to identify and lock in participation in major seasonal sales and platform-specific activations. Strategic Insight: Feed platform intelligence back to the internal Publishing and Dev teams (e.g., changes in platform algorithms, new opportunities, hardware updates, platform user numbers, regional details). Conflict Resolution: Act as the escalation point for commercial or high-level certification blockers. We are looking for a detail-oriented Publishing Store Manager to operate the digital storefronts for our games. This is a hands-on role responsible for the backend management of our presence on Steam, PlayStation Store, and Xbox Store. You will work closely with Marketing to ensure our product pages are not only accurate but optimized to convert traffic into players. Example of responsibilities Store Administration: Manage backend portals (Steamworks, Xbox Partner Center, PlayStation Partners) to set up SKUs, configure pricing, and manage release dates. Asset Management: Upload and manage all store assets (trailers, screenshots, descriptions, metadata) ensuring they meet platform certification requirements. Sales Execution: Implement discount campaigns, free weekends, and special events within the platform backends. Store Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with Marketing to A/B test assets, refine copy, and ensure the user journey on the store page is optimized for conversion. Compliance: Ensure all store pages comply with regional ratings (ESRB, PEGI) and platform-specific guidelines.
