Telia Finance är ett fristående bolag som agerar finansieringsmotor åt Telia och bedriver verksamhet i hela Norden och erbjuder finansierings- och paketeringslösningar till moderbolagets kunder. De bidrar till ökad lönsamhet och ökad säljkraft för såväl Telia som för externa samarbetspartners och återförsäljare. Deras slagkraftiga portfölj skapar kundnytta i form av behov, funktion och pris. I rollen som Financial Contract Specialist arbetar du på företagets backoffice-avdelning i en bred roll som kombinerar administration och kundservice. Arbetsuppgifterna varierar i både innehåll och komplexitet, där du successivt får ta dig an mer avancerade delar av processen. Du arbetar med registrering och handläggning av leasingavtal, administration av utrustning samt kundservice via mejl och ärendehanteringssystem. Ärendena kan exempelvis handla om fakturafrågor, adressändringar, uppsägningar eller andra avtalsrelaterade frågor. Arbetet innefattar även hantering av leverantörsfakturor, posthantering, kontroll av fakturascanning samt uppföljning och avstämningar kopplat till avtal och kunder.
Du ingår i ett kundorienterat team på 14 personer där samarbete är centralt. I rollen förväntas du ta ett stort eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och aktivt bidra till teamets arbete med kontinuerliga förbättringar, samtidigt som du driver din egen utveckling framåt.

Kontrollera och hantera fakturaunderlag samt interna administrativa flöden
Stödja teamet i retur-, avsluts- och förlängningsprocesser

Erfarenhet av arbete inom kundservice och administration
Erfarenhet av fakturahantering
God dator- och systemvana, inklusive grundläggande kunskaper i Excel
Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska
Erfarenhet från bank, finans eller kreditmarknadsbolag
Erfarenhet av ekonomiadministration, avtalshantering eller leasingadministration
För att lyckas i rollen som Financial Contract Specialist tar du stort ägandeskap för dina arbetsuppgifter, ser till att utförandet bli bra och säkerställer att allt blir slutfört i tid. Du är serviceinriktad och har ett intresse för att hjälpa kunder, samtidigt som du trivs med administrativa arbetsuppgifter och att arbeta strukturerat i olika system. Du arbetar nära ditt team där samarbete är en naturlig del av vardagen. Du bidrar med en ödmjuk och hjälpsam inställning och har inga problem med att ta dig an både enklare och mer komplexa arbetsuppgifter.
