Banking hasn't changed much in decades. We're changing that. One product at a time. Lunar is a Nordic challenger bank building the future of financial life with AI at the core. Our engineers, designers, and product people work on problems that actually matter. Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for a million of registered users across the Nordics. Fully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm. We move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started. As our new Engineering Manager you'll join an engineering team based in Stockholm, working to keep the systems that power Lunar's banking products reliable, scalable, and ahead of what's next. What will you do? * Lead 1-2 cross-functional engineering teams — setting direction, removing blockers, and creating the conditions where engineers can do their best work. * Drive technical strategy for core banking infrastructure, translating where the industry is heading into concrete decisions about how we build and ship. * Partner with Product and other business teams to connect technical priorities directly to what matters for customers. * Own engineering quality end-to-end — from development practices to deployment — and raise the bar on how we build reliable, scalable systems. * Shape how AI becomes a consistent part of how your teams work, moving from ad-hoc experimentation to embedded, high-impact practice. What are we looking for in you? * 2-3 years of experience leading engineering teams, with a track record of enabling strong individual contributors and technical leads to shape direction — creating space for others to do their best thinking, not directing from above. * Solid infrastructure expertise — you understand how systems are built, hosted, and scaled, and you've worked through the architectural trade-offs that come with it. * Experience with hosting cost optimisation and the decisions that drive infrastructure spend up or down. * A working understanding of how data and AI intersect in a modern engineering org, and what it takes to build teams that use AI tools effectively. * Comfortable setting direction when the landscape is shifting, and able to bring your team along. What you get * 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home. We're a team that builds together, thinks together, and moves together. Showing up is part of how we work. * State of the art equipment. The newest computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard. We want you to do your best work without anything slowing you down. * Pension, health insurance, and enhanced parental leave. From your financial future to your family moments. We've got you covered. Are you ready to join the journey? Apply now and let's find out more! At Eye, you will work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients. About this role We are seeking an ambitious Field Marketing Manager to establish and lead Eye Security's market presence in the Nordics region. This is our first marketing hire in a new market, giving you the unique opportunity to build marketing from the ground up in Stockholm, Sweden, and subsequently expand into Denmark and Norway. In this role, you will own the strategic and operational foundation of marketing in the Nordics. You will develop go-to-market strategies, drive qualified pipeline, activate partner ecosystems, execute campaigns, and measure ROI. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Benelux & Nordics, you'll work independently and collaboratively with our central Marketing team, sales organization, partner network, and internal stakeholders to establish Eye Security as a trusted cybersecurity partner across the region. What you will do * Build market strategy: Develop a field marketing and channel strategy tailored to the Nordics. Define messaging, positioning, and tactics specific to each market. * Plan and execute campaigns: Identify and develop marketing initiatives, including demand generation, brand awareness, partner co-marketing, and thought leadership, to drive qualified pipeline aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile. * Own the event lifecycle: Identify and select high-value industry events and conferences. Manage all aspects from concept through execution, lead capture, follow-up, and ROI measurement. * Localize content and messaging: Adapt Eye Security's global positioning, content, and campaigns for the Nordics market to resonate with local buyers and partners. * Activate and manage the partner ecosystem: Develop relationships with channel partners and support them with co-marketing assets, enablement resources, and campaign planning to drive pipeline together. * Lead and coordinate events: Represent Eye Security at industry events with commercial thinking and entrepreneurial drive. Host webinars, roundtables, and local workshops that build brand awareness and qualify leads. * Manage agencies and vendors: Brief, oversee, and collaborate with external agencies (PR, content, demand generation) to execute campaigns effectively and on budget. * Own the budget and reporting: Manage the Nordics marketing budget, track spend against plan, measure pipeline contribution, and report on marketing performance and ROI to leadership. * Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and the central Marketing team to ensure aligned messaging, coordinated campaign execution, and maximum market impact. What you will need * 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT marketing, with proven success in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation. * Commercial mindset: Think strategically about pipeline impact, conversion rates, and partner activation. Demonstrate experience translating marketing activities into measurable business results. * Go-to-market execution: Strong track record planning and launching campaigns, managing events end-to-end, and building partner programs from scratch. * Strategic thinking: Ability to develop market entry and expansion strategies, segment audiences, and allocate resources based on ICP and pipeline potential. * Self-starter mentality: Comfortable working independently in a new market with minimal existing structure, while staying aligned with central teams. You'll wear many hats and thrive in ambiguity. * Partnership mindset: Experience collaborating with channel partners, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared goals. * Language skills: Fluent in English and Swedish required. * Hands-on project management: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously, and comfort with operational execution alongside strategy. * Marketing technology: Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation tools is a plus. Comfortable adopting and leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently. * Cultural fit: You thrive in a people-focused culture, communicate clearly, and bring entrepreneurial energy to building something new. What we offer * Autonomy and impact: Build the Nordics marketing function from day one. Your work directly shapes market presence and revenue growth in a new region. * Career growth: Transition from market builder to regional leader as we expand.
