Vi söker en erfaren och kommunikativ förändringsledare med inriktning mot kundresor och journey transformation för ett uppdrag i Stockholm. Rollen passar dig som är van att leda förändringsarbete i stora, tvärfunktionella organisationer och som brinner för att skapa tydliga, hållbara kund- och medarbetarupplevelser genom metodisk förändringsstyrning.
Tjänsten är en konsulttjänst via Lernia med placering i Stockholm. Start enligt överenskommelse och uppdragets längd är tidsbegränsad med möjlighet till förlängning beroende på verksamhetens behov.
Som Change Management / Journey Transformation kommer du att stödja program- och projektledningen i att designa och genomföra förändringsaktiviteter kopplade till kundresor och digitala initiativ. Du ansvarar för att planera och leverera kommunikation, utbildning, intressenthantering och adoptionstaktiker för att säkerställa att förändringen förankras och ger önskad effekt.
Utveckla och driva change management-planer kopplade till resa- och kundupplevelseinitiativ
Kartlägga intressenter och skapa skräddarsydda engagemangsplaner
Designa och leverera kommunikation, utbildningsmaterial och adoptionstaktiker
Facilitera workshops, användartester och co-creation-sessioner för att validera kundresor
Stödja mätning av adoption, beteendeförändringar och affärsnytta samt rapportera status till styrgrupp
Samarbeta nära UX, produktägare, projektcontroller och IT för att säkra helhetsleverans
Identifiera risker och beroenden samt föreslå åtgärder för att minimera motstånd och maximera genomslag
Om digFormell kompetens
Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet inom förändringsledning, beteendevetenskap, UX eller liknande
8-12+ års erfarenhet av change management i större program eller transformationsinitiativ
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av journey mapping, service design eller liknande metoder
God vana vid att utveckla kommunikations- och utbildningsmaterial samt att leda workshops
Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Certifieringar eller metoder inom förändringsledning (t.ex. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Arbete i agila miljöer och samarbete med produktteam
Analys och uppföljning av adoption via KPI:er och användardata
Verktyg för journey mapping, UX-research eller lärplattformar
Som person är du strukturerad, relationsbyggande och lösningsorienterad. Du har förmåga att skapa förtroende på alla nivåer, kan prioritera i komplexa miljöer och trivs med att driva både strategisk och operativt arbete för att säkerställa att förändringen blir hållbar.

Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO As Retail Labour & Productivity Manager, you lead and develop a specialist team while owning the global frameworks for labour standards, workforce planning and productivity across our retail formats. You set the foundations for how labour is planned, deployed and measured, ensuring the right balance between productivity, fairness, customer experience and operational efficiency.
