Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key duties… * Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.  * Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.  * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar before, during, and after service.  * Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.  * Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards always.  * Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings in collaboration with the bar team.  * Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards.  * Collaborate effectively with the floor team, kitchen, and events department to ensure smooth and seamless service.  * Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating any concerns to management as appropriate.  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we are looking for... * 2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity * Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.  * Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services.  * Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.  * Experience working with POS systems, stock control, and basic reporting.  * Team player with a flexible, professional, and positive attitude.  * Fluent in English, both written and spoken.  * Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).    The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
