Your day-to-day: You will be the first and last contact for customers entering and exiting the store. Your role is to be friendly, helpful and efficient, ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable experience. Other tasks and duties you may perform include: * Manage transactions with customers using our POS system. * Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. * Handle merchandise returns and exchanges. * Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. * Resolve customer complaints, guide and provide relevant information. What you bring: * Strong communication and time management skills * Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services. * Focus on customer satisfaction * Open availability for morning and closing shifts. * While not required, experience is an asset. This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability. Responsibilities: Ensure top-notch customer experiences on every interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health standards Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow regulations Assist with daily tasks to keep store operations running smoothly Handle customer interactions and apply sales strategies to support profitability Requirements: Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment Basic knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations Ability to stand for extended periods of time Humble.
