Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Media Executive to join the WPP Media Clients Team. As the primary
point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you will manage their advertising needs end to end across all channels (may include
digital/non-digital or biddable/non-biddable). Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong
relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and translating these into effective advertising strategies. You
will independently oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning to setup, execution, and ongoing

Role Overview As a member of the Media Futures Group (MFG) APAC activation team, you will help execute the tactical planning, setup and activation of social media and programmatic campaigns across multiple countries via a self-service ad platform (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft) for our client. Campaign objectives focus on Direct Response (e.g. traffic, acquisition, incrementality) and will leverage real-time auction bidding across the ad platforms. About The Role The Senior Manager position reports directly in the APMEA Head of Programmatic. The role is responsible for overseeing the overall health and success of their respective account(s) and is expected to also contribute to supporting WPP Media’s broader Programmatic Practice. Within this role you’ll be responsible for owning the business relationship with your client, agency and team in addition to ensuring the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns. The primary responsibilities of the role include the management of the programmatic team and fostering strong relationships with respective digital agency counterparts, clients and external partners. The Senior Manager is also expected to be the team’s source of expertise and point of escalation for all aspects of the execution of a programmatic campaign including implementation, optimization and inventory and audience strategy. While the role typically does not require day to day trading of campaigns as part of their normal responsibility, the expectation is that they should be able to do so if and when required. Programmatic Senior Managers are typically responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workload, training and career development of a team of programmatic talents both onshore and offshore. (Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science preferred). * 7+ Years of relevant career experience, with 5+ years’ experience trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, brand, DSP or Ad Network strongly preferred. * Other Programmatic functions, Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics or Digital Planning or client-side roles supporting a direct response or e-commerce brand may also be considered for high qualified candidates. * Past team management experience is required.
