We are hiring someone to lead global data products for Route to Market & Contact Strategy, helping define the most effective
strategy for frontline sales teams in BEES-enabled markets and driving commercial performance. This person will be responsible for
connecting business strategy, data engineering, data science and analytics to build scalable solutions that optimize how the
frontline serves customers. The scope includes initiatives such as POC Segmentation, ideal visit frequency, ideal visit day, route
execution, POC attributes, BDR productivity KPIs and foundational RTM data assets. A successful candidate combines strong
analytical and technical background with product leadership, agile delivery, stakeholder management and the ability to lead large
multidisciplinary teams.

Validate architectural feasibility prior to discovery closure. * Analysis & Solution Design: Independently architect end-to-end solutions; proactively identify platform bottlenecks, design robust workarounds, and document them comprehensively within the Functional Specification Document (FSD). * Cross-Team Alignment: Drive functional cross-functional alignment sessions with Software Engineers (SE), QA, and PMs. Mitigate data schema conflicts, map the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from end to end, and provide authoritative effort estimates for Change Requests (CR). * Act as Layer 2 support during maintenance periods to rapidly classify production incidents as configuration errors, design gaps, or valid CRs. * Create clear end-user documentation and verify that all technical artifacts (FSD, RTM, API specifications, content sheets) are version-controlled and systematically archived. * Provide day-to-day expertise-driven mentoring to L1 System Analysts on solution design, platform logic, and complex integrations. Required Technical Qualifications & Competencies * Analysis & Specification Mastery: Expert-level capability in requirements engineering, functional specification development, business process analysis, and core SDLC models. * Low-Code/No-Code Expertise: Expert-level understanding of platform capabilities, modules, configuration logic, and constraints to independently architect solutions and document functional workarounds. * Advanced Diagram Tooling: Expert user of professional visualization software to independently produce complex integration architectures, multi-system flow maps, data flow diagrams (DFDs), and detailed Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). * Database & Data Modeling: Highly proficient data modeler; expert in designing data schemas, identifying data types, defining field constraints, and writing verified SQL queries to validate backend system requirements. * System Integration Architecture: Comprehensive knowledge of integration patterns. Proven capability independently structuring API sequences, designing REST/SOAP endpoints, detailing webhooks, configuring file exchanges, and establishing SSO/SAML authorization paths. * UI/UX Design Awareness: Proficient with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) to build clean visual flows and mockups within FSDs, ensuring designs map correctly to functional capabilities * Problem Solving & Communication: Superior structured thinking to break down complex, multi-stakeholder scenarios into logical resolutions. Confident verbal and written communication style when presenting to client management or steering committees. As a Data Product Manager | Machine Learning Platform, you will own the product direction for a critical set of platform capabilities supporting the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data and feature readiness through model development, deployment, and observability. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and platform teams, driving the evolution of a platform that enables safe, scalable, and consistent delivery of machine learning solutions. What you'll do: * Define and Advance ML Platform Strategy * Set the vision and roadmap for your platform domain, prioritizing self-service, reliability, and reusability across the ML lifecycle. * Define and evolve standards, contracts, and shared tooling that enable scalable adoption of platform capabilities. * Drive Adoption and Platform Delivery * Partner closely with data science, ML engineering, and data engineering teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and platform gaps. * Deliver capabilities such as templates, CLIs, and standardized workflows, enabling users to execute repeatable tasks independently within clear guardrails. * Advance key platform capabilities, including: Feature governance; Training-serving parity; Model release and promotion standards; Deployment patterns (batch and real-time); Observability and monitoring. * Enable Scalable Machine Learning Operations * Improve and standardize how models move from development to production, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability. * Ensure platform capabilities provide clear ownership, consistent practices, and strong operational visibility. * Drive adoption of shared platform components across multiple data science teams and markets. What you'll need: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience * Relevant years of professional experience with a strong technical foundation * Hands-on experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or software engineer is strongly preferred * Experience working on complex, cross-functional technical problems involving data and platform systems * Fluency in English (required) * Portuguese or Spanish is a plus * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable discussing technical architecture, workflows, and trade-offs in depth; * Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken); * Python (required): ability to read, understand, and reason about pipeline and platform code; discuss implementation trade-offs with engineers * SQL (required): ability to run independent investigations to validate data, features, and metrics; * Strong fluency in Machine Learning lifecycle and MLOps topics (e.g. Model training, evaluation, and experimentation; Monitoring, drift detection, and production operations; CI/CD for ML workflows; etc) Nice to Have: * Experience with Databricks and Azure. * Prior product management experience on developer, data, or ML platform products. * Familiarity with product and project management tools (Jira, Confluence). * Experience defining and prioritizing a roadmap, backlog, or release plan. * Comfort writing clear requirements, user stories, or acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute against.
