Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. About this role The Brand Strategy team is looking for an Influencer & Brand Partnership Manager to own two of Okta's high-potential components of our larger brand campaign: the brand partnerships and paid creator program This is a build role as much as a run role. Today, our partnerships are treated as one-off productions rather than campaigns, and our creator work is occasional rather than a real channel. Your job is to fix both. You will run partnerships content, spanning McLaren Mastercard Racing and PGA of America, as integrated campaigns that carry "Okta secures AI" into audiences and cultural moments traditional B2B advertising cannot reach. You will also build Okta's first real influencer and creator program, spanning our brand and our three core products, in identity security for AI, workforce, and customer identity. What you will do * Own our brand partnership campaigns from the conceptually idea, hero content, derivatives, landing pages, paid amplification, and partner-channel distribution * Assist in partner amplification and distribution terms on an ongoing basis * Partner with Field and Events on the hospitality and experiential side of our partnerships, making sure the campaign and content built around those moments carries our brand and message * Scale a new creator program with a mix of high-volume micro creators, repeat mid-tier partners, and a smaller number of bigger moments that run more like an always-on media channel than a series of one-off posts. * Design the shape of the creator program, including creator tiers, cadence, and budget allocation, and evolve it as we learn what works * Source, evaluate, and retain a creator or influencer agency partner to help the program grow by managing relationships directly, including briefing, content development, and paid amplification of the strongest content. * Partner closely with Demand Gen and Comms so creator and partnership content aligns with brand voice and connects into the marketing goals across the business * Keep every partner and creator execution consistent with our brand, with Okta as the throughline across a wide range of voices and formats * Measure and report on performance, including reach, engagement, and brand impact, and use it to sharpen the program over time What experience you have * Experience running brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer and creator programs, ideally in a B2B or technology environment * A track record of building or scaling a creator or influencer program, including sourcing and managing an agency partner * Strong campaign thinking: you plan content, distribution, and measurement together rather than treating them as separate steps * Comfort turning ambiguous, still-forming programs into a clear plan and operating model * The judgment to keep a brand's presence prominent inside someone else's world or someone else's content * Experience partnering across creative, demand gen, and communications teams to connect brand-layer work to the rest of the marketing funnel * Strong relationship management skills, both with external partners and agencies and with internal cross-functional teams * Comfort operating with real ambiguity on the newer, less-defined parts of the role * You can approach work with the big-picture and tactical details in mind. You can take a business goal and turn it into compelling campaign activities. . * You like to move fast and get things done, even if you don't have all of the resources at your disposal. Why you should be excited about this role * You will run some of Okta's highest-profile brand partnerships as real campaigns, not one-off assets * You will build a brand-new influencer program almost from scratch, with real room to shape what it becomes * You will help define a new channel in Okta's brand advertising mix Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. We need a "blank page" creator who brings bold ideas to the table, but is also a low-ego collaborator who can quickly pivot, take constructive feedback, and scale high-volume production without letting creative pride get in the way. * Operational Savvy: Strong project management instincts, with experience structuring creative workflows using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Asana. * Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills; able to pitch bold creative directions clearly to executive leadership and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
