Location: SF/NYC/ Hybrid
Type: Full-Time | Founding Team Opportunity
Navigate is an early-stage startup building groundbreaking technology to bring AI to the largely untapped workforce in the field.
We've partnered with some of the biggest construction companies in the US and have access to sophisticated AI, AR, and CV
platforms, —but now we need to shape it into a magical product.
This is where you come in.
We're looking for a full stack engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You're someone who
cares deeply about the end-to-end user experience, not just the code. You’ll help us transform bleeding-edge AI into something
people want, love, and use daily.
You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to shape the product from scratch, build out core features, and influence every
decision—what we build, how it feels, and how it scales.
We’re hiring engineers. Not ticket-takers. At Anyfin, we’re building financial infrastructure and products used by millions of people across Europe with a deliberately small engineering organisation. That means we care a lot about who we hire. WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE This is not a place where engineering sits separately from the business. Small cross-functional teams own their work end-to-end, from identifying problems and shaping solutions to shipping and operating them in production. Engineers here work closely with product, data and commercial teams to solve real-world problems across: * Payments * Credit decisioning * Customer experience * Operational tooling * Internal AI systems * Scaling infrastructure across markets There’s very little ticket-pushing and very few handoffs. We value people who can think independently, make sound tradeoffs and move things forward without unnecessary complexity. TECH * TypeScript * React / React Native * Node.js * Python * Go * GraphQL * PostgreSQL * BigQuery * Kubernetes * GCP We also use AI heavily in day-to-day engineering work and product development. AI and machine learning have been part of Anyfin since the beginning, originally through credit assessment models, and increasingly across operations, tooling and product experiences. Today we work with multiple frontier models, build internal AI tooling and agent infrastructure, and are investing heavily in AI-powered financial experiences. WHY ENGINEERS JOIN Because they want: * Real ownership * Smart colleagues * Modern tooling * Complex systems without legacy bank infrastructure * Fast decision-making * High standards without unnecessary bureaucracy We’re intentionally not building a huge engineering organisation. We’d rather have fewer strong engineers with high trust, high expectations and meaningful impact. ABOUT ANYFIN Anyfin is a European fintech company helping people improve their financial well-being. We currently operate across multiple European markets and continue to expand rapidly, with ambitions far beyond refinancing alone. Our banking-light license opens the door to a much broader financial platform over time and we’re still early in that journey. A FEW PRACTICAL NOTES * Stockholm based. * EU work authorization required.
You know that bit where every company says they’re “changing the world”? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it. Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds. A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits. And now, we're on a quest to find a Fullstack Engineer with a frontend fokus. Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Fullstack Engineer with a Frontend focus at Nextory, you won’t just build interfaces, you’ll shape the moments that matter most in our user journey. Working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, you’ll bring ideas to life and turn complexity into clarity. Together with backend engineers, you’ll create experiences that are not only smooth and scalable, but genuinely enjoyable to use. Some examples of what you will be doing: * Build and maintain user interfaces for payment and subscription flows * Create reusable components using Vue and Nuxt * Develop features and improvements across the full stack * Ensure performance, scalability, and solid UX * Support code quality and team development The main character we’re looking for 👀 We believe that you are an experienced Fullstack Engineer, or a frontend-focused developer with a strong interest in the full stack, currently working in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy building user-facing applications and care about creating smooth, reliable experiences for users. We also believe that you have: * A relevant educational background in Computer Science or similar * Solid experience in Vue.js, Nuxt and Java. * Several years of experience building modern web applications * A strong understanding of performance, scalability, and system design The Nextory way of working 🏠 At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That’s why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office! We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day. Your next story starts here 💫 We look forward to your application 💫. Applications are reviewed continuously, but please note that due to summer vacations, our response times may be a little longer than usual. If you have any questions about the role, please contact erika.thorslund@nextory.com. Please note that we do not offer relocation and that a six-month probationary period applies.
