Role Overview
We're looking for a Creative Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. role is the main point of contact between the Creative Department and the wider business on all Creative and Design requests. They will oversee all resourcing across the Creative Department and manage capacity, coordinating designers and freelance support to keep incoming briefs scoped, scheduled and delivered on time and within budget. Day-to-day duties include quoting and tracking design costs, reconciling budgets with stakeholders, and reporting on team utilisation. Successful candidates will be highly organised, strong communicators able to manage multiple stakeholders while staying calm and adaptable under a fast-changing workload.
The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London, 3 days working from the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
Assess incoming briefs to ensure they are completed correctly, creating detailed timing plans (where needed) and managing resource.
Managing the studio’s schedule and booking in projects with the relevant designers.
Identifying potential bottle necks in capacity and adapting as needed by rescheduling or booking in additional freelance resource.
Liaising with HR to manage onboarding of freelancer bookings and onboarding.
Ensure the successful end to end delivery of projects through day-to-day co-ordination of the studio team by effectively allocating projects and managing resources.
Confidently manage the expectations of all stakeholders and communicate project updates.
Quote for all design work coming into the team and track actual time spent against each job.
Reconcile design costs with budget holders at the end of each quarter.
Report on the utilisation of the team and resource capacity, flagging any overburn.
Ensure all work has been checked against the brief and copy provided before sharing with the Client Leadership team.
Work with the wider Business to help them understand the correct briefing process.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience working in studio or design traffic management.
Apple Mac/computer literate. You will have experience using, Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
Knowledgeable of the print/production process. You will have experience in a design studio, havingworked with graphic designers, and have a strong understanding of the design and print/production process.
Experience quoting for work, tracking hours spent and reconciling costs.
Highly organised. You will facilitate focus, accuracy and quality in the relentlessly fast paced environment of a studio environment.
A strong communicator. Managing multiple stakeholders across the business - show strong integrity, energy and enthusiasm while also being able to motivate, inspire and collaboratively lead resources.
Focused and self-motivated. You will have the ability to work effectively to help deliver projects to deadlines.
Comfortable managing a heavy workload, multi-tasking, and juggling numerous projects at any one time.
Calm within a busy environment. You will be able to prioritise and adapt,multi-task effectively and switch planning due to the reactive nature of the business.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This posting reflects an existing vacancy. This role is part of our Fanatics inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within Fanatics. JOB PURPOSE The CRM Marketing Coordinator supports CRM planning and execution across multiple business units, and customer programs by trafficking campaigns, coordinating creative workflow, and ensuring high-quality execution from planning through deployment. This will be in partnership with, and under the direction of CRM Strategy leads. This role serves as the operational and organizational connective tissue between CRM Strategy, CRM Operations, Creative, and business stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Supporting end-to-end campaign trafficking across CRM programs, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning through deployment using project management and workflow tools. * Serve as the day-to-day liaison between CRM Strategy and CRM Operations teams, maintaining accurate campaign statuses (planned, in progress, ready to build, approved, deployed). * Input and maintain campaign IDs, metadata, and execution details within project management platforms. * Monitor daily campaign health and readiness across CRM channels, identifying stalled or at-risk campaigns and driving resolution. * Maintain and update CRM marketing calendars with current promotions, seasonal initiatives, historical performance references, and key business milestones. * Proof and QA email and SMS campaigns as a final quality-control layer, including content accuracy, creative continuity, audience targeting, suppressions, links, and promotional details. * Coordinate creative workflows and support adherence to established processes, help maintain standards, naming conventions, timelines, and approvals across internal teams and external agency partners. * Ensure creative assets adhere to established campaign naming taxonomy and organizational standards to support efficient development, deployment, and reporting. * Source, organize, and package creative assets, campaign details, and product information based on business priorities and promotional calendars. * Proactively identify creative gaps, dependencies, or risks and escalate issues early to protect timelines and campaign quality. * Supporting proofing and approvals to ensure content accuracy, creative consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives. * Maintain an organized archive of creative assets, campaign history, and performance references to support future campaign planning and optimization. * Compile and organize campaign performance data, reports, and spreadsheets to support CRM Strategy teams in evaluating results and identifying optimization opportunities. * Assist with campaign documentation, project tracking, process improvements, and other operational initiatives that support efficient CRM execution. * Provide flexible support across the CRM team as business needs arise, helping ensure continuity, speed, and quality of execution. * Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying workflow efficiencies and opportunities to enhance campaign operations. WHAT YOU BRING: * 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, project coordination, e-commerce, retail marketing, or related fields. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field a plus. * Experience working with project management platforms, marketing calendars, and campaign workflows. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. * Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign data and reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We’re looking for a Rider Engagement Associate - 9 Months Maternity Cover to join our ME Rider Operations team. The Rider Engagement Associate (Maternity Cover) will be responsible for leading rider engagement initiatives and campaigns end-to-end across Kuwait. The role will own the planning, coordination, budgeting, execution, and reporting of engagement activities that improve rider experience and strengthen Deliveroo’s relationship with its rider fleet.
