Als Teamlead Revision verbindest du operative Revisionsarbeit mit echter Führungsverantwortung. Du arbeitest weiterhin selbst in
der Kodierrevision komplexer DRG-Fälle mit und führst gleichzeitig ein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch.

Assist with training and coaching of staff support KPI’s according to department work instructions. Essential Functions: * Ensure all supplies needed for the shift are in the dept. at beginning of shift, provide additional supplies as needed * Have a brief team meeting at beginning of shift to discuss KPI updates and set up associates in their area of responsibility for the shift * Prepare a department roster showing where each associate is working and production goals for shift. Provide to your shift manager * Provide training to associates new to the department and/or level * Ensure all calibrations are being done at beginning of shift and verifications of machinery are done * Report malfunctioning equipment to maintenance team * Evaluate breakage hourly throughout shift. Advise Manager if too high or trending * Supply end of shift production numbers showing how many jobs produced by each team and total jobs completed * Reassign associates during shift if necessary to improve efficiency. Description Security P olicy A nalyst Lead Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Security Policy Analyst who is responsible for examining and evaluating existing security policies, proposing improvements based on up-to-date DoW requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They work closely with stakeholders to revise current Agency policies that enhance organizational security and mitigate risks. A security policy analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational security by evaluating and maintaining Agency security policies for accuracy and compliance. Their work involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and to propose improvements to existing policies . Conduct Government Purchase Card (GPC) Market Research; correspond with vendors to request and receive quotes. Compile GPC Packets for Program Manager review and submittal. Route packets to management analyst for signature.
