Roles and Responsibilities As a Manager, you will be based in Copenhagen as part of our European team that is assisting financial institutions in optimising their operations by supporting them in Target Operating Model definitions, vendor selections and implementation or optimisation of solutions. You may be leading a workstream within a larger program or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a team of other Alpha resources. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing financial institutions. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyse data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be playing a proactive, leadership role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to solve their business challenges. As a Manager, you will be responsible for: * Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on their value chain, including design and solution implementation. * Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives and develop tailored solutions to address them. * Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. * Act as a business analyst, working closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges, and analyze business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions supported by the leading applications available for the client base and help translate business needs into robust solutions. * Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements, discuss best practices, and align on implementation strategies. * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and leverage this knowledge to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added insights and recommendations. Qualifications * Masters's degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance. * Minimum of three years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the financial sector. * Knowledge of Private Markets (Alternative Investments) and the investment management business and processes. * Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects, from inception to completion, from consulting to financial services organizations. * Excellent English skills written and verbal. As we operate internationally other languages is a preference. * Good project management methodology skills, as well as good competencies in PowerPoint * First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development. * Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals. * Willingness to travel.
