About the role: What's in the Box Our warehouses are the beating heart of HelloFresh, and ‘De Kas’ in Bleiswijk is our flagship fulfilment site in the Netherlands. As a Warehouse Manager, you own the pre-production operation end-to-end: inbound, internal flow, reverse logistics, and everything in between. You'll lead a team of roughly 100 FTE across three departments, setting the pace and the standard for how we move product safely, efficiently, and at scale. This is a high-visibility role with real decision-making authority. You'll have a direct line to the Site Lead and a seat at the table when it matters most. What you’ll do: The Recipe * Lead the daily warehouse operation across inbound, internal logistics, and reverse logistics: keeping throughput smooth, stock accurate, and the yard running like clockwork * Drive performance through KPIs, with minutes-per-box as your north star, and translate operational data into fast, grounded decisions that your team can act on * Coach, challenge and develop a team of team leads and ~100 warehouse staff, building a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement * Own safety compliance across the site: you make sure no corners are cut, no procedures bypassed, and that every team member goes home safe * Govern WMS processes and champion clean, reliable data as the foundation of every operational decision * Deliver sharp weekly reporting to Site Leadership on efficiency, volume and headcount deployment — and partner with international operations teams to align on best practices * Step up on strategic projects: site transitions, WMS rollouts, operational redesigns — you're in the room when it matters and ready to lead when called upon What you’ll bring: The Ingredients * Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations at scale — you've been accountable for real volume and know what it takes to keep a high-throughput site running ⭐ * Strong people leadership: you build teams, not just headcounts, and you're comfortable setting high standards and having honest conversations ⭐ * Hands-on familiarity with a Warehouse Management System — you know how to get the most out of it and where its blind spots are * An analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns quickly and move from insight to action without losing momentum * Fluency in both Dutch and English, with the communication skills to lead diverse teams and collaborate across international stakeholders * A background in e-commerce, food or FMCG is a genuine advantage — fast-moving environments are where you do your best work Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. There are many different ways of developing skills, and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. Compensation & Financial Wellbeing * * Enjoy 20% off HelloFresh and 40% off Factor_ subscriptions. * Access the "Benefits at Work" platform for discounts on brands like Nike, Bol.com, and IKEA. * You'll receive a HelloFresh laptop * Build your future with a pension plan through Aegon Cappital (age-based rates, 50/50 split). Health & Wellbeing * Receive a 7,5% discount on additional health insurance at Zilveren Kruis (2026), plus free access to Headspace and OpenUp. * Get discounts on ClassPass and gym memberships via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland. Flexibility & Work-Life * Start with 24 days of annual leave (pro-rata), plus one additional day per year of service (up to 30 days total). * Full reimbursement for 2nd-class public transport to the office, and €0.23 per km for car/bicycle travel. Career & Development * Access internal/external opportunities aligned with our Job Framework, and join our cross-market mentoring program. * A dedicated annual budget to help you keep learning, developing new skills, and growing your career. Culture & Environment * Enjoy fresh homemade lunches in the office (€20/month), weekly vrij-mi-bo (Friday drinks), quarterly strategy sessions, and team events. Are you the missing ingredient? If this sounds like a tasty opportunity, we’d be excited to hear from you. We aim to review your profile and respond within 5 business days. INTRO Hamburg | €45.000 – €50.000 p.a. + 10% Bonus | Full Time (40 hrs/week) | German C1 & English B2 Are you hungry to break into sales — and smart enough to know that the best closers first learned how to listen, analyze, and qualify? Join suena energy as a Junior Account Manager (f/m/x) and become the engine behind our commercial pipeline. suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for battery storage systems and renewables. Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks. We're a team of 50+ people, combining a warm, supportive culture with real startup drive. Following our successful Series A, we're growing fast - and our commercial pipeline is growing with us. That's where you come in. Our qualification team sits at the heart of our commercial engine. Every deal that gets closed started here - with someone who understood the customer, asked the right questions, and made sure the right offer landed at the right time. This role is that someone. YOUR MISSION In the energy storage market, deals don't start with a sales call - they start with an offer. Before a BDM ever enters the room, you've already qualified the customer, understood their asset, and sent an indicative offer that sets the tone for the entire relationship. That's what makes this role different. * Qualify inbound inquiries using our ICP framework: review incoming requests, follow up with customers to clarify missing information and categorize accounts accordingly. * Work closely with your BDM to prepare and send indicative offers - you'll use our Excel-based pricing tool together, align on the right approach, and make sure the offer reflects what the customer actually needs. * Own the handover: once a customer responds positively, you book the meeting, coordinate the transition to your BDM, and make sure everything is documented in HubSpot - clean, complete, and with full context. * Your track: 3 months in, you're handling account handovers independently. At 6, you're sending offers on your own. At 18+, you step into a BDM role. YOUR PROFILE * Commercially driven: You understand how conversations turn into decisions, and you want to learn how deals are built. * Analytically solid: You can read a complex customer inquiry, identify what's missing, and know what to ask next. Numbers and Excel don't intimidate you. * Detail-oriented and reliable: Your offers are accurate, your handovers are complete, your CRM entries are clean. * A strong communicator - in writing especially, in German and English. Your emails to customers are often the first impression suena makes. * Able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel without losing track of what matters. * Humble and coachable: You're early in your career and you treat that as an advantage, not a limitation. * HubSpot experience or a background in energy, business, or economics is a plus - but not a requirement. We care more about how you think than what's on your CV. WHY US? * Shape the Future: Contribute to the energy transition by working on sustainable energy solutions in a growing market environment. * Connecting & Co-Creating: Strategy off-sites and onsite weeks for real collaboration and shared ideas. * Work Your Way: Home office and flexible hours – you know what works best for you and your team. * Team Spirit: Yoga, shared lunches, after-work fun – we support each other and keep the vibe strong, even when it’s busy. * Fair & Transparent: Clear structures, democratic decisions, and a feedback culture where your voice counts. * Body & Mind: Urban Sports Club membership, wellbeing check-ins, and mental health support – your energy matters. * New Office Vibes: 10th-floor office with rooftop terrace, canteen, great views, ergonomic desks, hardware of your choice, and pet-friendly! * Sustainable Extras: Deutschlandticket, FutureBens, and more – supporting your mobility and future. WHAT ELSE? We look forward to receiving your application, earliest start is as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - your contact is Kathi (Interim Talent Partner). You’ll hear back from us within 5 working days of your application. We value your time and want to make the process as transparent as possible. Once we receive your application, we’ll send you a confirmation email outlining the next steps and what you can expect from our interview process. We can’t wait to meet you! suena energy is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and reject any form of discrimination. It is important to us to create an inclusive environment for all our team members. We want to particularly emphasize that our call for applicants is addressed to all genders. We welcome applications from people with disabilities.
