As a Senior Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics, you'll join Coinbase's Legal Operations team to own the strategic direction, in-house build roadmap, and ongoing optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem. This role goes beyond configuration - you'll define what gets built, set the technical vision for contracting workflows, and drive AI enablement across the team. You'll serve as a strategic partner to Institutional Sales, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering, ensuring Coinbase's contracting infrastructure scales with the business and delivers measurable speed, compliance, and insight improvements. What you'll do: * Own the CLM technology roadmap and backlog, setting strategic direction for what to build, integrate, or optimize across Ironclad, Evisort, Salesforce, and emerging tools, and translating that vision into a prioritized delivery plan. * Lead in-house builds and workflow development that extend beyond standard SaaS configuration, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to design scalable, integrated contracting solutions. * Drive AI enablement for the Legal Operations team by identifying high-impact automation opportunities, standing up proof of concepts (e.g., N8N, Workato, Claude, Glean), and facilitating trainings, office hours, and adoption programs that raise the team's AI fluency. * Develop and manage the comprehensive contracts reporting framework and system of record for all agreements, including data extraction, metadata integrity, and data models that surface actionable insights to Institutional Sales and Legal leadership. * Communicate roadmap enhancements, program outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment on contracting priorities and technology investments. * Lead large, cross-functional contracts initiatives end-to-end, managing dependencies across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Compliance, and delivering on time and within scope. Required Skills and Experience: * 8+ years of program or project management experience within Legal Operations, contract management, or a technology-driven operations function, with a track record of setting strategic direction for tooling and workflows, not just executing on them. * Demonstrated experience owning a technology roadmap and backlog, including prioritizing build-vs-buy decisions, scoping in-house development work, and partnering with engineering and architecture teams to deliver integrated solutions. * Expert-level, hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (Ironclad required), including workflow design, template management, reporting, and integration planning with platforms like Salesforce. * Proven ability to drive AI and automation adoption within a team, including evaluating tools, building proof of concepts, and leading enablement programs that result in measurable workflow improvements. * Working knowledge of legal technology and AI-driven contract review tools (e.g., Evisort), with experience in data extraction, metadata management, and building reporting frameworks that serve as the system of record for agreements. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll join Coinbase's Litigation team and provide advanced paralegal support across U.S. Consumer Litigation, International Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. This team manages Coinbase's litigation risk globally, handling a high-volume docket spanning multiple jurisdictions and regulatory matters. You'll own critical case management workflows, keep deadlines airtight, and build better processes that help the team scale. What you'll do: * Own matter tracking and case file management across a high-volume docket spanning multiple jurisdictions, ensuring all records are accurate and current. * Execute discovery and trial preparation tasks, including document production, deposition coordination, and exhibit management. * Build improved processes and tooling to reduce manual effort and support the Litigation team's growing caseload. * Support the team in responding to subpoenas, summons, levies, garnishments, and other civil third-party requests. * Drive deadline management by calendaring all case milestones, court dates, and filing deadlines with zero misses. * Partner with outside counsel and government agencies on case logistics, document exchanges, and scheduling. * Manage small claims court matters, including preparing filings, coordinating appearances, and tracking case outcomes across applicable jurisdictions. Required Skills and Experience: * 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including direct experience managing case dockets of 50+ matters across multiple jurisdictions. * Demonstrated ability to handle discovery workflows end-to-end, including e-discovery platforms, document review, and production. * Track record of building or improving operational processes that reduced manual effort or increased accuracy for legal teams. * Experience responding to third-party legal requests such as subpoenas, summons, levies, and garnishments. * Familiarity with litigation involving financial services, cryptocurrency, or technology companies. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. * Experience handling small claims court matters, including drafting filings and coordinating court appearances.   P76939 #LI-Remote Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below).
