SpecterOps is seeking an experienced Web Developer with deep WordPress expertise to support the ongoing development, optimization,
and maintenance of our public-facing web presence. You will work closely with our Marketing team to build and refine web pages,
implement new functionality, and ensure our WordPress environment is well-maintained and scalable.
We're looking for a self-directed developer who communicates clearly, manages their own workload effectively, and takes ownership
of deliverables from start to finish. You should be equally comfortable building new features from scratch and jumping into an
existing codebase to troubleshoot and improve it. The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and an eye for design to
every engagement.
Hourly Range: $75 – $85/hour, commensurate with experience
This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in-person company events and other ad hoc
meetings.

Must Have Qualifications: * Solid software engineering background, with 4+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale web/cloud-based software products. * Proven ability to take projects from scoping requirements through to launch, with a keen eye on both front-end user experience and back-end scalability. * Strong experience designing and building applications in technologies like Java, Spring Framework, Docker/Kubernetes, MongoDB, MySQL. * Proficient in modern front-end development using Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces. * Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, plus exposure to continuous delivery and DevOps culture. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires agile, clear thinking for quick turnaround of accurate, high-quality deliverables while managing multiple priorities.
