As a Senior Engagement Manager at Neo4j, you will be the strategic delivery lead steering our enterprise customers from technical
vision to real-world deployment. Operating within our Professional Services organisation, you will champion the implementation of
Neo4j’s industry-leading graph solutions, utilising agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery methodologies. This is a highly
collaborative, technical leadership role where you will partner closely with customers, Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, and
cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-value data initiatives on time and within budget.
You will sit at the epicenter of our delivery engine, managing multi-disciplinary, multi-location teams (onshore, offshore, and
partners) to unlock the business value of connections and relationships in enterprise data. Whether unearthing insights for
GenAI/GraphRAG architectures, fraud detection, or knowledge graphs, you will serve as a trusted partner to mid-to-senior level
