The impact you will have: * Strategic Leadership: Independently scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders. * Advanced Selling: Drive the full-cycle sales of standard and customized Professional Services & Training (PS&T) programs, pulling in best practices for Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and migrations. * Account Growth: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to meet or exceed revenue targets. * Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T targets aligned with growth goals. * Customer Sentiment: Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions or escalate to ensure high satisfaction. What we look for: * 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business. * 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution. * Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google). * Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits. * Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery. * Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. We deliver professional services (PS) engagements to help our customers build and productionize first of its kind AI applications with a focus on GenAI. We work cross-functionally to shape long-term strategic priorities and initiatives alongside AI/ML Product, Research, and Engineering. We are looking for a world-class leader to lead and grow our EMEA AI FDE team. In this role, you will lead customers on their AI/ML transformation with Databricks, push the boundaries of our product, recruit and develop top data scientists/machine learning engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts. You will report directly to the Head of EMEA AI FDE. This role can be remote in Europe, but the preference is for candidates to be near a major office location such as London, Amsterdam, Paris, or Munich.
