Cycloid focuses on scaling platform engineering initiatives. We optimize the developer experience and operational efficiency by
accelerating the delivery of a portal and platform, alleviating the cognitive load on IT teams and advocating for FinOps & Green
IT practices. With our Internal Developer Portal and Platform, you don’t need to start from scratch to get a fully customized
solution.
Platform teams design, build and run the platform enabling end-users to visualize, deploy and manage existing and new projects,
interact with cutting-edge DevOps and Cloud automation without the need to become an expert, while keeping best practices in
place, cloud expenses under control with a minimum carbon footprint.
Cycloid is an Internal Developer Platform and an internal developer Portal with modules around self-service portal and platform
orchestration, project lifecycle and ressources management, FinOps and GreenOps and plugins. It can be consumed through the
console, in CLI or in API.

We’re hiring an exceptional, driven, and results-oriented Regional Sales Director, Northern Europe, to accelerate new business
acquisition and unlock expansion opportunities across our customer base. This is a high-impact,
frontline role where you will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through
to negotiation, close, and long-term account growth — consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
You will identify and pursue high-value opportunities, develop compelling solution narratives, and position our platform as
mission-critical to our customers’ success. As a strategic, commercially astute leader, you will thrive in
a fast-paced, entrepreneurial Series A environment, combining sharp business judgment with strong emotional intelligence.

THE ROLE As the Director, Partner Sales (UKI), you will serve as the Country Channel Leader responsible for defining and executing Everpure’s go-to-market strategy with partners and distributors across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the VP of Partner Sales EMEA & LATAM, you will own the overall partner and distribution business performance — including partner ecosystem development, forecast integrity, profitability, and long-term growth. You will act as a key member of the UKI Sales Leadership Team, partnering with the UKI VP and regional executives to shape Everpure’s overall GTM strategy, optimise channel investment, and represent the Channel business at the executive level both internally and externally. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Define and lead the overall UKI Channel Sales strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives while driving strong revenue, profitability, and partner satisfaction outcomes. * Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Partner and Distribution Account Managers, fostering leadership growth, accountability, and operational excellence. * Serve as the country-level channel spokesperson, representing Everpure to senior executives within key resellers and distributors, and participating in national partner councils and industry events. * Partner with the UKI VP Sales, Regional Sales Leadership, and Field Marketing to align on GTM strategy, business planning, and execution. * Drive business transformation by optimising partner segmentation, enablement, and incentive structures to accelerate Everpure’s growth and market share across the U&I. * Oversee partner investment decisions (MDF, enablement funding, incentives) to maximise ROI and ensure long-term ecosystem health. * Ensure data-driven decision-making through rigorous forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and business reviews. * Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to influence strategic planning, product adoption, and global partner initiatives. * We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
