Nous cherchons en urgence un Tech Lead expert Google Cloud pour reprendre les sujets d'avant-vente et d'architecture (SA) et devenir le champion GCP du groupe Theodo.
Theodo Data & AI accompagne ses clients sur des projets data et IA de bout en bout : plateformes data, migrations cloud, GenAI et architectures agentiques. Les deals Data/AI ont des spécificités fortes (stacks data, use cases orientés ML) qui demandent une vraie crédibilité technique face aux DSI, CTO et CDO.
Missions
Avant-vente / Solution Architecture : qualifier techniquement les leads entrants, recueillir les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, concevoir la stratégie technique des deals
Conception d'architectures GCP : définir des architectures adaptées sur la stack Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Composer, Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Run, IAM…) en s'appuyant sur les bonnes pratiques et les contraintes client
Audit de l'existant : analyser les architectures data/IA et modèles de données existants, proposer une stratégie technique (migration, modernisation, optimisation FinOps)
Estimations & pricing : construire une approche technique et un chiffrage cohérents pour maximiser les chances de succès du deal
Soutenance : défendre les propositions face à des interlocuteurs métier, DSI et directions data exigeantes
Champion GCP : porter l'expertise Google Cloud au sein du groupe — veille, standards, bonnes pratiques, montée en compétence des équipes, relation avec l'écosystème Google
Passation delivery : accompagner les kickoffs et aligner les équipes de delivery avec la stratégie définie
Profil recherché
5+ ans d'expérience, dont un rôle au-delà de dev (Tech Lead / Architecte / Staff Engineer)
Maîtrise parfaite de la stack GCP — certifications Google Cloud (Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer) fortement appréciées
Expertise data (plateformes, architectures, modélisation, migrations) et/ou IA (ML classique, GenAI, architectures agentiques)
Expérience en interface client : capacité à créer de la confiance, vulgariser, challenger et re-framer un client sur sa stratégie technique
Expérience dans le service / conseil appréciée
Maîtrise des méthodes de développement assisté par IA (ex : Claude Code)

The Tech Lead is responsible for mature study and translating architecture into scalable and production-ready solutions. YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Core Reliability & Observability team in Platform Engineering. Your mission will be to shape Doctolib's observability strategy and ensure our platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable at a European scale. You will work in a feature team developing logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting capabilities, contributing directly to supporting 400,000 health professionals and 80 million patients in their daily healthcare journey.
