Explore The North is a fast-growing hospitality group operating a unique portfolio of lodges and hotels in Swedish and Finnish Lapland. The company focuses on authentic Arctic experiences, combining accommodation, gastronomy, activities and nature-based hospitality in some of the most spectacular regions of Northern Scandinavia.
The portfolio currently consists of eight distinctive lodges and hotels:

The group also includes Northworks, which handles all back-office operations and where the management team is now employed.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Finance Manager with experience in both Swedish and Finnish business. You will work closely with the CEO and report directly to him. You will also manage a team of three key finance professionals.
Take responsibility (either directly or through your team) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company's financial strategy and hiring needs
Coordinate the development of annual operating, capital, and programme budgets, along with the related reporting
Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Operations & Strategy based in Bangkok to serve as the central coordination hub between our North America regional leadership team (US-based) and the many Bangkok-headquartered central functions that support the region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who excels at connecting the dots across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will be the on-ground integrator who ensures alignment between a remote regional team and headquarters — driving programs forward, maintaining operational rhythm, and enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy.
