Crunched - Growth Manager (Oslo) Location: Oslo, Norway (forward-deployed with customers, regular international travel) Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary + equity Stage: YC-backed, 55M NOK seed, building our core team out of Oslo Define how the world's largest advisory firms adopt AI Crunched is building the world's most powerful AI analyst for strategy and corporate finance workflows -- autonomous, agent-based AI that works directly inside Excel, where half of the world's business decisions are made. We're backed by Y Combinator, raised 55M NOK in seed funding, and our product is already trusted by professionals at firms like BCG, BDO, CBRE, Dentsu, Pareto, PwC, INSEAD and Harvard. We're growing extremely quickly inside large international accounts. The Growth Manager is our most important hire right now -- the first dedicated go-to-market and customer success role at the company. You'll be embedded with our biggest customers across countries: developing the accounts, driving adoption, and building custom workflows alongside the people who use Crunched every day. This is a core position. Being forward-deployed with customers is at the heart of how we build. What you'll do • Own and grow our most strategic enterprise accounts from day one • Onboard new customers, teams and offices, and drive real adoption and ROI • Expand usage inside large advisory firms -- new offices, new teams, new use cases (for example, rolling Crunched out across new PwC offices) • Work closely with our tech team, turning what you learn in the field into bespoke solutions and product improvements • Build custom workflows alongside the analysts and consultants who use Crunched daily • Help open new markets across Europe, with Germany a key focus • Build the customer success / growth function and team as we scale Who you are • Real drive and unrelenting structure -- you operate independently and own outcomes end-to-end • A strong interest in AI and how it is reshaping knowledge work • The judgment and presence to work with senior stakeholders at the world's largest advisory firms • Comfortable being forward-deployed and traveling to customers across borders Best fit A background in MBB-style management consulting , or several years in customer success at a high standard . Prior growth or customer success experience is preferred, but a strong consulting or finance background is a major asset -- it gives you credibility and a deep understanding of how our customers actually work. Experience from a customer-type firm (e.g. BDO, CBRE, Dentsu, Pareto, PwC) is a strong plus. THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager. You will be responsible for developing long-term strategic relationships, expanding account revenue, and leading complex, high-value IT transformation initiatives. Success in this role comes from proactive account management, close collaboration with internal specialist teams and vendor partners, and a deep understanding of customer business and technology needs.
