DEKRA söker nu en Quality lead till deras satsning inom Quality Assurance & Engineering med målet att hjälpa sina kunder att minska risker i projekt och leverantörskedjor genom kvalitetssäkring, leverantörsstyrning, teknisk verifiering och projektstöd.
Du kommer in i uppdrag där din erfarenhet gör skillnad, ofta när kunden behöver skapa struktur, ta fram handlingsplaner eller säkerställa att kvaliteten uppfylls genom hela projektets livscykel. Uppdragen kan omfatta både utveckling av mindre processer till större industriprojekt, exempelvis vid etablering eller vidareutveckling av produktionsanläggningar. I rollen ingår att granska och följa upp tillverkning, särskilt inom svetsande produktion samt tillverkning av rör, pannor och tryckkärl. Du säkerställer att arbetet utförs enligt gällande krav och relevanta standarder, exempelvis EN, PED och ASME. Du bidrar även med riskbedömningar, leveranskontroller, inspektioner och övervakning av tillverkningsprocesser för att säkerställa att projekten genomförs på ett säkert, effektivt och kvalitetssäkrat sätt.
Utöver det tekniska arbetet blir du en viktig spelare i att identifiera nya möjligheter, förstå kundens utmaningar och utveckla erbjudandet framåt. Rollen passar dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik, kvalitet och affär, och som motiveras av att vara med och bygga upp något långsiktigt.
Din kompetens
Gedigen erfarenhet från industriella miljöer
Erfarenhet av QA/QC, supplier quality eller projektkvalitet
Erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning, leverantörsutveckling eller tillverkningsuppföljning
Vana av att arbeta nära kund i tekniskt krävande miljöer
Erfarenhet från exempelvis process, energi, försvars- och verkstadsindustri eller svetsande tillverkning
God förmåga att kommunicera med både operativ personal och ledningsgrupper
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av expediting, FAT/SAT, PED, OFP/NDT eller svetsrelaterade frågor. Kompetens inom IWE eller IWT ses också som värdefullt.
Som person är du självgående, trygg i din kompetens och van att skapa framdrift. Du har ett naturligt affärsmässigt tänkande, ser möjligheter i kunddialogen och tycker om att bidra med både analys och konkreta lösningar. Objective of the position The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) is responsible for ensuring conformance to Customer and Stoneridge Quality expectations for new program development through effective Quality Plan development and execution, Customer APQP management, PPAP preparation, and production Quality readiness activities. In addition, this position is also responsible for incorporating lessons learned into project designs/processes and reporting issues and/or risks to management. The AQE must work cross-functionally with Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and Quality to implement and improve our Stoneridge Product Development Process (SPDP) to deliver positive customer experience. Characterization of activities Define and communicate Customer Quality requirements, milestones, and approval criteria while ensuring alignment with program plans and timelines. Ensure effective cascade of quality requirements across the value stream, including documentation, special characteristics, and inspection methods. Lead APQP and PPAP activities, managing quality risks and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Customer expectations. Develop and execute the Quality Assurance Plan, driving APQP integration through reviews, training, and key deliverables (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, Design Reviews). Promote risk reduction and continuous improvement using tools like FMEA, validation testing, root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why), and lessons learned. Act as the key Quality interface within the project team and with the Customer, ensuring documentation control, KPI tracking, and coordination across functions. Education, Experience and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or operations field with at least 5 years of experience in APQP product launch teams (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems, APQP, and global manufacturing project environments. Proficient in statistical methods with awareness of financial and operational impacts. Skilled in Microsoft Office and analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation capabilities. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all business levels. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking effectively in fast-paced environments. We are looking for a Cleanliness & Sterility Assurance Engineer to join our team and support the cleanliness and sterility assurance of dental implant products manufactured at our sites in Karlskoga, Sweden, and Yorba Linda, USA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while contributing to the safety and quality of products that improve patients' lives worldwide. Key Responsibilities As a Cleanliness & Sterility Assurance Engineer, you will: Define validation studies related to microbiological, physical, and chemical cleanliness for new equipment and equipment modifications. Lead and execute cleanliness process validations for new and updated manufacturing equipment. Develop and implement cleanliness monitoring activities in collaboration with the Contamination Control Manager. Maintain and update contact material mapping documentation. Establish and maintain procedures, templates, and best practices to ensure standardized cleanliness validation and monitoring processes. Support biological and microbiological safety strategies across the organization. Coordinate and manage external testing activities with approved laboratories and vendors when required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives. Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you should have: A Master's degree (MSc) or equivalent in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Microbiology, Toxicology, Biology, Chemistry, or another relevant scientific discipline. At least 5 years of experience within the Medical Device industry or a comparable regulated environment. Strong knowledge of contamination control, cleanliness assurance, and applicable regulatory standards, or the ability to quickly develop expertise and work independently with limited supervision. Experience with relevant standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 11137-1 & 2. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and process validation methodologies. Strong expertise in statistical analysis and interpretation of technical data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. A structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
