IT Operations zajišťuje, aby technologie ve skladě fungovaly spolehlivě každý den. Staráme se o zařízení, infrastrukturu i podporu

uživatelů a neustále hledáme způsoby, jak zefektivnit provoz pomocí automatizace a moderních technologií.

O POZICI

Spouštíme zcela nový sklad a hledáme IT specialistu, který bude od prvního dne zajišťovat, aby všechny technologie fungovaly

spolehlivě a bez výpadků.

Nebudete přebírat zaběhnuté prostředí. Budete mezi prvními členy IT týmu na nové lokalitě a pomůžete vybudovat technické zázemí

skladu – od instalace zařízení přes jejich konfiguraci až po nastavení procesů pro každodenní podporu provozu.

Vaše práce bude mít přímý dopad na rychlost vychystávání objednávek, přesnost expedice i plynulý chod celého skladu. To, co

nastavíte na začátku, bude tvořit základ fungování skladu na dlouhé roky.

První 1–2 měsíce absolvujete zaškolení v Praze, poté se přesunete do nově otevíraného skladu, kde budete součástí jeho spuštění a

každodenního provozu.

SPRÁVA SKLADOVÝCH ZAŘÍZENÍ

Instalovat, nastavovat a spravovat mobilní terminály Zebra, čtečky čárových kódů, termotiskárny, balicí stanice, informační

obrazovky i počítače.

Diagnostikovat a řešit hardwarové i softwarové problémy.

Poskytovat uživatelskou podporu pro Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Koordinovat opravy zařízení s externími dodavateli.

PODPORA PROVOZU

Rychle reagovat na incidenty a minimalizovat výpadky provozu.

Pomáhat pickerům, packerům i vedoucím směn při řešení technických problémů.

Zajišťovat evidenci, přidělování a vracení skladových zařízení.

ZÁKLADNÍ SPRÁVA SÍTÍ

Provádět základní kontrolu síťové infrastruktury ve skladu.

Pomáhat s řešením problémů s Wi-Fi, připojením tiskáren nebo výpadky mobilních terminálů.

Složitější síťové problémy předávat specializovanému IT týmu.

DOKUMENTACE A ZLEPŠOVÁNÍ PROCESŮ

Udržovat aktuální evidenci zařízení a IT dokumentaci.

Podílet se na zlepšování procesů a zavádění efektivnějších řešení.

SPOLUPRÁCE

Úzce spolupracovat s Warehouse Operations i zkušenějšími IT specialisty při řešení technických problémů.
