As a Trainee Conveyancer, you’ll support experienced professionals while managing a small caseload of your own, gaining practical exposure to live transactions and developing the skills, confidence, and legal knowledge needed to thrive in the conveyancing industry. On a daily basis this will involve: * Support: Assisting your designated Conveyancer in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish whilst also managing a small caseload of your own. * Document Management: Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to residential sale and purchase property transactions. * Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address enquiries promptly. * Research and Due Diligence: Conduct legal research, land registry searches, and other due diligence tasks to ensure the legality and accuracy of property transactions. * Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including file management, data entry, and appointment scheduling. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Money Laundering Regulations and GDPR. * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality conveyancing services to our clients. * Achievement of Targets – work towards achieving set KPIs for individual conveyancers and the business as a whole.

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join the team! This is a pivotal role in the company, working in the Post Completion section of our Client Support Team, where you will provide exceptional service to our clients and provide assistance to our team of conveyancers. This largely administrative role is a vital part of our post completion conveyancing process with key responsibilities to include the completion of registrations, dealing with all Land Registry processes and requisitions. This will require liaison with clients, lenders, solicitors, and colleagues in regard to all Post Completion matters ensuring that all incoming correspondence into the department either by post, email or telephone is efficiently processed in line with agreed standards and KPIs. You will be provided with training for the role in addition to further training for processes assigned to the wider Background Team to enable you to move between different areas of the department to fulfil business needs.
