Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from the world’s largest enterprises to the
most ambitious startups, use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission
is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented
opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Global Transformation Team is a small, high-leverage team with a global remit. We lead the programs that transform how ProServ
works, so our users realize the full value of Stripe faster. That means making ProServ AI-native, building one prescriptive
methodology that scales worldwide, and creating the knowledge systems that make every engagement smarter than the last. We care
about craft, consistency, and landing change, not just shipping it. Everything we build is global by default, AI-native by design,
and built to stick. If we do this well, the model we prove here becomes the blueprint for how Stripe transforms itself everywhere.
As AI Product Manager for ProServ, you will own the roadmap that makes ProServ AI-native — sitting at the intersection of AI
strategy, engineering execution, and organisational change. You will operate with significant autonomy and a high degree of
ambiguity. The ability to influence without authority, build momentum x-geo, and translate strategic intent into real-world
delivery is essential.

ABOUT US Cortea is building the quality layer for AI-powered audits. Our Audit Quality Agents help audit firms use AI with greater trust, consistency, and professional oversight. Built around auditing standards and review workflows, they enable firms to deliver more reliable and reviewable work while increasing capacity across the audit process. We're building an AI-native company from day one. We believe small teams, equipped with AI and empowered to move fast, can solve some of the biggest challenges facing the audit profession. YOUR ROLE As an AI Product Manager, you'll work on products in our AI audit toolbox alongside engineers, designers, auditors and our founders. You'll spend your time understanding what auditors need, helping shape what we build next, and making sure we ship things that actually solve real problems. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Contribute to the discovery, definition, and delivery of products in our AI toolbox * Talk to customers weekly to uncover pain points and validate solutions * Prototype with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to test ideas in hours, instead of weeks * Work tightly with engineering and design throughout the build cycle * Help us understand the messy reality of AI capabilities (and limits) and turn that into product decisions: what's worth building, what's not yet ready, where humans stay in the loop * Bring structure to the problem space: clear writing, sharp questions, useful PRDs WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * You've contributed to and shipped 3+ meaningful product bets within your first 6 months, learning through iteration and customer feedback along the way. * You've gone deep on at least one core product area (e.g. a specific tool in our AI toolbox, a customer segment, our evals & quality framework, or the UX of agentic workflows) and become exceptionally strong in it * You're trusted by founders, engineers, and customers to steward important product decisions WHO YOU ARE * Have 4–7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a product role * Have shipped B2B SaaS products that real customers pay for and use * Are AI-native in how you work: you use LLMs, agents, and AI tooling daily and have strong intuition for what they can and can't do today * Have shipped at least one AI-powered feature or product and understand the unique product challenges (evals, latency, hallucinations, trust, UX of probabilistic systems) * Go deep into context to truly understand user problems * Are comfortable in early-stage startup chaos. High autonomy, high ambiguity, high speed BONUS POINTS * You've founded a company or shipped a serious AI side project * You can read code, run small scripts, or fine-tune prompts yourself * Experience in audit, compliance, legal, or another document-heavy professional services domain WHAT WE OFFER * High impact & growth: Front-row seat to a fast-scaling AI startup, with the chance to grow alongside the product * Mission-driven culture: First-principles thinking, bold ideas, and a supportive team * Attractive compensation: competitive salary + meaningful equity * Personal development: Learning budget for courses and conferences * Dynamic environment: Central Berlin office, team lunches, retreats, flexible vacation INTERVIEW PROCESS * First Call: Intro to Cortea with our Founders Associate Liza * Second Call: Product deep-dive with our Co-Founder & CPO Philipp * Third Call: Deep dive into our culture with our Co-Founder & CEO Valentin * On-site Day (Berlin): Meet the team and work on a real problem together

You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. ABOUT THE ROLE The Snowflake Cortex team is on a mission to bring the transformative power of generative AI and machine learning to enterprise customers, seamlessly and securely within the Snowflake Data Cloud. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead the product vision and execution for our AI Solutions and Services. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for some of our most exciting AI services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining the product roadmap, and working with a world-class engineering team to deliver innovative solutions that make it easy for any user to leverage AI. You will sit at the critical intersection of customers, our forward-deployed engineering team, core engineering, and GTM strategy, driving the future of AI within the Data Cloud. If you are obsessed with building products that are both powerful and simple, and thrive on turning ambiguity into impact, this is the role for you. AS A STAFF APPLIED AI PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: * Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear, compelling strategy for large-scale AI solutions. You will architect and own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from deep discovery and detailed requirements to hands-on development, launch, and the analysis of metrics to ensure a successful impact. * Lead from the Front: Serve as the unequivocal cross-functional leader for a dedicated pod of world-class engineers, data scientists, and solution architects. You will drive execution, partner with design, marketing, and sales to bring products to market, and act as the evangelist for your product vision. * Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as the critical bridge between customer objectives and our technical capabilities. You will engage deeply with users and executives to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and ensure the solutions you build solve their most pressing, high-value problems. * Commercialize Innovation: Masterfully distill insights from bespoke customer solutions into a strategic vision for scalable, repeatable products. You will own the roadmap for turning successful 1-of-1 deployments into 1-to-many platform features. * Shape Business Strategy: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership at both Snowflake and our customer organizations to define product strategy and execute on high-stakes business goals. OUR IDEAL STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. * 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful enterprise software or cloud services. * Deep technical fluency to confidently lead architectural discussions with senior engineers and have hands-on experience with data science workflows and modern AI paradigms (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, agentic workflows). * Demonstrated ability to develop a product strategy and translate it into a concrete, actionable roadmap. * Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and challenges. * Exceptional executive presence and communication skills. You can command a room of C-level stakeholders and inspire a team around a shared vision. * A "get it done" attitude with a passion for building exceptional products. Bonus Points (Nice to Haves): * Experience building and launching products for developers or data scientists. * Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and Data Cloud ecosystem. * Management consulting experience. * Experience operating in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment where you were responsible for creating clarity and driving focus. * Experience in a role that directly supported a professional services or forward-deployed engineering team. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
