First We Feast (the studio behind Hot Ones, Versus, Heat Eaters, and more) is seeking a Sr. Brand & Creative Strategist to work within our Sales org to support our pre-sale process and contribute to development of GTM materials – translating our editorial tone of voice into branded creative, and enabling our sales team to create long-term strategic partnerships with our clients. WHY WE’RE HIRING THIS ROLE Brand partners love First We Feast for our globally-known IP, from the Hot Ones universe to the newly-launched Slice Joint to our social-first content. We love working with brand partners, using our storytelling abilities to connect them with our highly-engaged audience. We’re unique in that we were founded over a decade ago within another media company; in 2025, we spun out on our own as an independent company. Our relatively small team and recent independence create a start-up environment, while our output (over 5.4B lifetime views, globally known IP, licensed SKUs in national retailers and more) feels similar to brands many times our size. As our production slate increases, there are more opportunities than ever to connect our audience with brands. This role will support the Sales team at large, especially in the pre-sale stage by developing the creative, insights and deliverables needed to respond to incoming and proactive RFPs, and building/maintaining evergreen GTM assets that allow us to pursue (and win) new programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Oversee a subset of RFPs, inclusive of strategy, insights, and creative concepting; * Work with the Branded Creative team during pre-sale, and collaborate with teams across both editorial and branded; * Build and maintain GTM materials, updating assets, insights, statistics, etc… in collaboration with others as needed; * Manage audience insight & cross-platform analytic tools, creating & maintaining insight libraries for our Sales team; * Work with Account Managers on a case study library that demonstrates FWF’s success in connecting brands with their desired audiences; * Assist with data management (brand assets, on-set photos, Google Drive organization) ensuring our team is able to locate assets and materials that help close deals. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 4+ years of professional marketing/brand strategy experience, ideally in media/production or agency experience; * Direct experience in pre-sale processes, including RFPs and the creating of GTM materials; * Proficiency with Google Slides and building visually compelling presentations; * Experience using audience insights and reporting tools that allow Sales to best respond to brand/agency outreach; * An understanding of translating insights into actions; identifying levers Sales can use in speaking with potential clients and get them excited about running campaigns with First We Feast; * Examples of how you’ve worked within small teams to accomplish big goals; * And a passion for food and pop culture is always a plus! HOW WE HIRE We believe that candidates are more than a resume; that’s why we ask the questions below. We want to hear about your directly applicable experience and in many cases, these questions give us more insight than what’s on your resume. Please answer them thoughtfully and please, do not use AI to generate your answers (we’ve seen a lot of recent applications provide extremely similar answers clearly generated by AI tools, and we promise, we can tell). Incomplete applications will not be considered. Select applicants can expect a phone screen, 1-2 team interviews (either over video or in-person depending on schedules) and a final executive interview. This is a hybrid position based in our Midtown NYC office/studio. We work together in person Tuesday through Thursday, with the flexibility of working remotely or in-office on other days. This is a full-time, exempt position and the estimated salary for candidates in the NYC metro area is between $95,000 - $105,000 plus an annual bonus program. Actual compensation will be determined by the final candidate's location, experience, skillset, and business needs. First We Feast We is an equal-opportunity workplace. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to (and will not be discriminated against based on) age, race, gender, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other protected category.

THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Solutions Architect, Partnerships will work within our Go-To-Market team and be dedicated to our Partnerships business unit, focused on the 0-to-1 market opportunities that the BU pursues, most notably our current effort to expand into the automotive lending space. As a consultative product expert, you'll help clients unlock business value while collaborating with the Account Team, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams throughout the customer journey. This is a 0-to-1 role at its core. You'll operate in an environment where the product, ideal customer profile, ideal use case, and sales motion are not yet fully defined, and you'll help define them. While you'll support both pre-sales and post-sales, this role carries a strong bias toward pre-sales, partnering closely with Account Executives to shape and advance new deals in an emerging market. In this role, you'll engage with our U.S. customer base of large financial institutions, as well as key technology and platform players within the financial space. Many of our strategic partnerships are Business-to-Business-to-Consumer in nature, so you'll own the technology and product aspects of these relationships, including both the partner integrations themselves and the end-customer implementations served through the platform. A working familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and scripting languages such as Python will be essential for demonstrating the value of Nova Credit's platform to customers and prospects. You don't need to be a full-stack engineer, but you should be comfortable reading HTML, making light edits, and speaking credibly to technical stakeholders. Your contributions will be critical to the company's overall success! This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays), based in the New York City Metropolitan area, reporting to the Director of Solutions. WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL * Establish a technical and strategic understanding of Nova Credit's implementation operations * Learn the go-to-market motion of Nova Credit and the Partnerships BU's 0-to-1 initiatives, including our automotive expansion * Run your first client meetings WITHIN THE FIRST QUARTER, YOU'LL * Partner with Account Executives to advance the technical dimensions of pre-sales strategic enterprise deal processes, establishing trust and credibility amongst all stakeholders * Partner with Deployment Leads to advance the technical dimensions of post-sales strategic implementation processes, establishing trust and credibility amongst all stakeholders * Shape the technical decisions our customers make when integrating our products to maximize the business value of their deployment * Work cross-functionally with the Partnerships BU, Build, and Data Science teams to develop the collateral, technical approach, and sales motion for an evolving product and market * Launch or close your first customer engagement WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, YOU'LL * Close and launch critical enterprise customers * Help set up the automotive opportunity for success * Scale the SA function by contributing to foundational processes and content, particularly for 0-to-1 motions * Shape the trajectory of Nova by working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to prioritize road map features which unblock critical accounts YOUR SKILLSET * 5+ Years Experience in customer facing pre- or post-sales roles, with a bias toward pre-sales, ideally in financial services, credit, or a related industry. Familiarity with indirect (dealer-financed) lending, dealer platforms (RouteOne, Dealertrack) would be a bonus. * Experience with 0-to-1 GTM motions, meaning sales motions where the product, ideal customer profile, ideal use case, and sales motion are not yet fully defined. This often looks like time at an early-stage company (seed, Series A, or Series B) or leading the 0-to-1 motion for a newly launched product at a later-stage company * A builder's mindset and the temperament to thrive when the sales process, collateral, and motion are not yet established. You're comfortable with ambiguity and driven to create structure where none exists * Highly cross-functional, with a proven ability to collaborate across business, engineering (Build), and Data Science teams to drive outcomes * Working familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and a scripting language such as Python.
