Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own pricing and monetization at Legora. This is one of the most consequential surface areas at the company: we just became the first major legal AI company to move to consumption-based pricing, and this role owns where that goes next. Your mandate spans both halves of monetization. You’ll own the consumption-based pricing system end to end, the user-facing experience inside the platform as well as the backend infrastructure that turns customers’ token consumption into revenue. And you’ll partner closely with finance on the pricing itself: how we price new models as they’re released, how we price features across the application, and what’s included, what’s an add-on, and what’s metered differently for different kinds of functionality. This is a chance to shape how a category-defining company captures value in an AI-native world. We’re constantly rethinking not just how we deliver value to customers, but how we align our incentives with theirs, and ultimately with their end clients. If you want to build the business model for the next era of legal work, this is the role. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our consumption-based pricing system, from the in-product experience to the underlying billing and metering infrastructure. * Build and operate the systems that reliably turn usage (tokens) into revenue (dollars), partnering closely with engineering on accuracy, transparency, and trust. * Own product pricing decisions: how and when we price newly released models, how we price features, and what is included, bundled, add-on, or metered. * Continuously evolve our monetization strategy to keep our incentives aligned with our customers’ and their end clients’. * Partner with go-to-market, finance, and leadership to translate pricing strategy into packaging, billing, and forecasting that scale. * Use data and customer insight to run pricing experiments, measure their impact, and turn results into a prioritized roadmap. * Deeply understand how legal teams buy and consume software, and translate that into pricing that is clear, fair, and durable. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building and owning pricing or monetization systems at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * Hands-on experience with usage- or consumption-based pricing, including the billing, metering, and infrastructure that make it work. * Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer value, business outcomes, and long-term incentive alignment. * Comfort working across the stack, from polished user-facing experiences to backend systems, and partnering tightly with engineering and finance. * Fluency with data and experimentation, and the rigor to make pricing decisions defensible. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. * Genuine excitement about reinventing how software is monetized in an AI-native world. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Enterprise team. This team owns the capabilities that the most demanding customers in the world depend on: data retention, audit logging, roles and permissions, ethical walls, metrics and ROI tracking, our external-facing APIs, and the broad set of controls that admins at our customers rely on every day. Your mandate is to make Legora the most trusted, governable, and admin-friendly platform in legal AI. As we sell to the largest law firms and enterprises on earth, the people who decide whether Legora can be deployed at scale are CIOs, managing partners, and general counsels, and your work is what earns their confidence. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role where the bar for security, control, and craft is exceptionally high. It’s also a role at the frontier of a genuinely new problem. Governing an AI-native platform is a challenge the whole industry is figuring out in real time, and we want someone who is excited to define what enterprise-grade governance and AI-native admin experiences should look like, rather than simply porting over the patterns of the last decade. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Enterprise surface area: data retention, audit logging, roles and permissions, ethical walls, metrics and ROI tracking, external-facing APIs, and the broader set of admin controls our customers depend on. * Rethink how governance works in an AI-native world, defining how a platform built around AI agents can be controlled, audited, and trusted by the most security-conscious organizations. * Build AI-native experiences for admin users, reimagining how administrators configure, monitor, and reason about their deployment rather than replicating legacy admin consoles. * Partner directly with CIOs, managing partners, and general counsels at some of the largest law firms and enterprises in the world to understand their requirements and turn them into product. * Work closely with design and engineering to ship secure, polished, high-quality capabilities with a strong bar for craft and reliability. * Help customers measure and articulate the value of Legora through metrics and ROI tracking that stand up to enterprise scrutiny. * Collaborate with sales, security, and the wider org to unblock enterprise deals and ensure a coherent experience as the platform grows. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * Direct experience owning enterprise features and functionality, such as data retention, audit logging, permissions, RBAC, ethical walls, APIs, or admin tooling, at another high-growth company. * A track record of partnering with enterprise buyers and administrators, and comfort engaging senior stakeholders like CIOs, CISOs, and legal or compliance leaders. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance the rigor that security and governance demand with the speed and ambition of a fast-moving startup. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering, security, and go-to-market functions to ship products. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. * A genuine interest in solving the new, unsolved problems of governing and operating AI-native software at enterprise scale.
