Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.   What you will do  Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who wants to make an impact?  We’re looking to build our talent pool for future hiring, for Account Managers to lead our go-to market efforts across a portfolio of high-potential accounts globally.   In this role, you will manage and grow a book of existing customers with a focus on driving adoption, expanding licenses, and ensuring customers unlock the full value of think-cell. You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close and work cross functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.   If you thrive on building strong relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and driving impact across a broad customer base, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.   Key Responsibilities:    * Own a portfolio of customers by managing and growing key accounts while identifying and executing expansion opportunities.     * Prospecting into new teams and divisions within existing accounts, leveraging account mapping and data-driven sales strategies.    * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, value positioning, live product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.     * Manage data-driven account forensics to identify areas for expansion and churn prevention.     * Engage directly with end-users, procurement, and decision-makers to drive adoption and long-term value.    * Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer’s structure, needs, and buying patterns.     * Own pipeline generation, inbound requests, and trial conversions by refining outreach strategies, adjusting messaging, and executing sales plays.    * Work cross-functionally with leadership, customer enablement, and solution consulting to drive training and adoption within key accounts.     * Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risk through ongoing engagement, renewal strategies, and expansion planning.     Your profile    * 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales, ideally in a high growth or start-up environment.     * Proven track record of managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.    * Strong ability to navigate complex customer organizations, multi-thread deals, and C-suite executives.     * Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of operating in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving sales environment.     * Experience working with common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Gong, LinkedIn SalesNav).   * Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.   * Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell’s product is a must (don’t worry, it’s very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.   * Based in Denver, ability to work on-site in at least 3 days per week  (Tues – Thurs) * College degree, preferably in business or a related field.   * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.    Our Values   As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:    Forward Thinking: We embrace change and challenge the status quo.   Ownership: We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.   Customer First: We prioritize delivering lasting value.   Unified Team: We foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.   Strive for Excellence: We set ambitious goals and pursue quality.   We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed.   Why is think-cell the right place for you?     We empower over 1.3 million users across 35,000 companies, including top consulting firms and major global enterprises. For this role, we anticipate an OTE of $130K–$150K per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing.  We’re looking for a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the GTM strategy for our new AI-powered service management solution, Asana Service Management, and scale it from 1 to 100. Operating at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution, you will partner closely with Product and Sales to launch new features and generate significant market momentum. This role is based in our San Francisco, New York or Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with Integrated Campaigns to drive measurable business results. * Develop and maintain messaging that articulates how our application serves complex enterprise needs and creates value for CIOs. * Drive high-impact product launches that generate market momentum, ranging from flagship releases to incremental feature updates. * Equip our Sales teams to win by developing strategic enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, and customer success stories. * Act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure continuous product-market fit. * Leverage performance data and customer feedback to refine our positioning and identify new growth opportunities within the ITSM/ESM space. ABOUT YOU * Experienced PMM leader with 8–12 years in product marketing, specifically within B2B tech and service management (ITSM/ESM) or AI-powered products. * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. * Technical narrator with the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear business value for executive and technical audiences. * Strategic thinker skilled at navigating competitive landscapes and positioning against entrenched legacy systems. * Collaborative partner with a proven track record of aligning product roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points. * Full-stack expert capable of owning the entire lifecycle from initial messaging to scaled global launches. * Exceptional communicator with the written and verbal skills needed to engage both executive audiences and technical field teams. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $185,000 - $215,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
