FUNCIONES Desde NetOlympus, empresa del Grupo Diusframi, buscamos incorporar un/a Manager de Riesgos – Finance Project Manager para liderar la definición, implementación y evolución de proyectos financieros y de gestión de riesgo, con foco en recuperaciones, operaciones y eficiencia del dato. El rol tendrá un impacto directo en la optimización del ciclo financiero, la reducción del riesgo operativo y la mejora de la recuperación de deuda. Funciones principales * Evaluar la viabilidad técnica, económica y operativa de proyectos financieros y de riesgo. * Definir el alcance, objetivos y roadmap de proyectos estratégicos en áreas de riesgo, recoveries y operaciones financieras. * Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos funcionales y casos de uso para equipos técnicos. * Coordinar equipos internos, analistas de datos, back office y proveedores externos. * Liderar la documentación del proyecto: roadmap, presupuesto, requerimientos, planes de testing y reporting. * Desarrollar cuadros de mando y reporting ejecutivo. * Definir políticas, SLAs y estrategias de gestión del riesgo y recuperación. * Identificar mejoras y oportunidades de transformación en procesos financieros y operativos. STRATEGIC INCENTIVE MANAGER A Strategic Incentive Manager designs and oversees compensation programs—such as bonuses and commissions — to align employee behavior with company goals, driving performance, motivation, and retention. They blend data analysis, financial acumen, and HR strategy to create, monitor, and adjust incentive plans, often using automated tools for accuracy and compliance The role is under the GTM Ops team, and part of the RevOps team. This role works closely with reward team, finance and the commercial leadership Focus: High-level program development, performance analysis, and acting as a strategic partner to commercial leadership to ensure incentives drive the right business behaviors. * Key Responsibilities: * Program Development: Act as the primary architect for designing and refining incentive plans (Sales, SDR, AM, and Partnerships) that align with evolving business goals. * Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting: Analyze performance trends and the effectiveness of current plans to provide leadership with data-driven insights for calibration. * Leadership Partnering: Serve as the main point of contact for commercial engine leadership and enablement teams regarding incentive strategy. * System Input: Provide strategic requirements for system developments to ensure tools support long-term incentive goals. * Escalations: Handle high-level support escalations and complex exceptions within the commission programs * Cross function collaboration - close relationship with rewards team on defining best-in-class compensation model, including market analysis with competitors. * Core Qualifications: * * Extensive experience (5+ years) in incentive strategy or compensation design. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations. * Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time * Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to efficiently and effectively solve problems * Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with senior leadership. * Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing * Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. Senior Product Manager, Banking Networks Adyen is a truly global company that processes billions in payments annually. Behind every one of these products sits a critical dependency: reliable, direct connectivity to the world's banking infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale our global Banking Networks capabilities. You will lead the Banking Networks team responsible for integrating with banking partners worldwide, including banks, clearing houses, payment rails and providers (excluding North America, which is owned by a dedicated regional team). This role sits at the core of Adyen's financial products, owning the end-to-end processing of banking transactions across a wide variety of market infrastructures and use cases. You will build and maintain best-in-class banking connectivity that our financial products depend on, from local scheme integrations to real-time payment rails. You will work closely with Banking Products, Payouts, Payments, Merchant Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Commercial, and Operational teams, as well as customers, to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements together with the development team. You are customer centric and build for the benefit of all customers. * Proven Record in Banking Infrastructure: You have experience launching and scaling transactional banking products and have in-depth experience with at least one major market infrastructure (e.g., a clearing house, real-time payment rail, or banking scheme). * Strategic Thinker with a Hands-on Mentality: A self-starter with proven organizational and commercial strength. You have excellent project management skills and the ability to lead time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
