Apartments in Waukegan. We are offering up to $16.50/hrs plus $75 Commissions, Two-weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, medical

commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage over 78,000 apartment units in 25 states, making us the 10th

Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques. - Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident

relations program - Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager Knowledge, Skills ,and

Experience Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field - Must have good

computer skills and be able to navigate software - Have good verbal and written communication - Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents. - Must be an organized self-starter - Must be professional
