Community Director, you’ll partner with the Community Director to co-manage daily property operations, lead and motivate staff,
and ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents at this 186-rental home community. What You’ll Do • Assist in
managing Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping teams to achieve operational goals • Support community budgets, financial
reports, and bookkeeping tasks • Oversee vendor management, contracts, and service quality • Hire, motivate, monitor, and

NCSY inspires Jewish teens through informal Jewish education, retreats and summer programs. NCSY empowers teens through leadership development and guidance to become passionately committed leaders of the Jewish community and instruments for positive change and renewal. A JSU Club is a school-based Jewish student group run by NCSY’s Jewish Student Union (JSU), providing Jewish teens in public and non-Jewish private high schools with meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and build community. Through engaging discussions, social activities, leadership development, and Jewish experiences, JSU clubs foster identity, belonging, and pride in a warm and inclusive environment . This is a unique role that blends educational leadership and relational strategy. How this role contributes to the Y’s mission: As a Y Assistant Preschool Director, you will assist the Preschool Director with the overall operations of a Y preschool center. You will provide administrative support and will sure the preschool meets Y standards, Maryland Office of Childcare (OCC) and accreditation regulations. You’ll regularly interact and communicate with children, parents and associates on a regular basis to resolve problems and assess participant needs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and safety of the children enrolled in our program. You will also create an environment which fosters the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development of each child in your care. You will participate in staff meetings, special events, parent-teacher conferences and training events. As a Y Assistant Preschool Director, you’ll contribute to the Y and to the overall community we serve by working with our littlest Y participants to help them prepare for success in school and life.
