Support the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of ESG, governance, compliance, and
procurement-related risks across the organization. The role helps embed responsible procurement practices, strengthen control
effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the enterprise risk management framework, sustainability objectives, and regulatory
requirements.
Proficient in ESG, responsible procurement, and supplier risk management principles Understanding of risk assessment, controls,
governance, and compliance processes.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining risk registers or trackers.
Knowledge of procurement processes and third-party due diligence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
Experience supporting audits, reviews, or governance forums is advantageous
Experience using Nexus Diligence is advantageous

What you'll be doing: * Customer/Employee/Vendor Master Data Setup * Data and Process Mapping * Data Audits and Assessments * Dealing with escalated client queries * Dashboard for monthly and quarterly audit. * Data Quality Risk Assessment, Management and Mitigation * Management of data governance process in Maconomy business systems and related platforms. * Ensuring that data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy and within defined SLA's * Identification and investigation of issues relayed to systems master data - taking corrective action where appropriate. * Checking, updating and maintaining internal system information * Involvement in project-based activity such as data collection, cleansing, migration and testing where appropriate. * Ensuring we comply with SOX Controls * Review the Master Data creation and Modification. * As per ICFR control, conduct daily, weekly or month review of Vendor and Client creation and modification. * Yearly activity of deactivation of Vendor and Client as per process. * Building strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that communications and relations are effective * Supporting peak business periods and escalation requests. Why we're hiring: Filing GST monthly RETURNS (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) of Clients , Filing of GST returns as per GSTR -2A & GSTR-2B Available Input tax credit (ITC), Preparation of GSTR-9 & 9C Annual Return (Indirect taxation). What you'll be doing: Independently handling GST compliances which broadly involve following tasks: * Amendment in registration, * Preparation of the data, review and filing of the monthly returns (GSTR 1 and 3B) * Addressing the queries of consultants related to input & output transactions, before arriving at the final liability. * Coordinating the details of advances received and advances adjusted against subsequent billing, before finalising the monthly GST liability; * Also, identify the ineligible credit from the input register and remove the same from input register; * Reconciling GLs, with returns data * GST Credit reconciliation – Compiling the details, sending mails, calling vendors for resolution, etc. * * GST Audit (9/9C) - Compiling the details for Annual GST Audit based on the monthly return and books of accounts. Provide other reports on input and all the items of expenses, as required for the purpose of audit; * GST Assessment & Appeals – Able to handled GST assessments which involved data preparation, documentation collation, liasioning with the GST officers, preparing submissions with guidance of seniors, regularly monitory the notice /assessment tracker and keeping eye on timelines * Miscellaneous - Advisory services on applicability of GST, Rate of tax applicable, HSN Code to be used, allowability of input credit; What you'll need: * Should be an experienced problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Prior experience in Indirect Taxation. * Commerce Graduate / Inter- CA / Mcom / CMA with 4-7 years of experience. * Advanced MS office skills. What you'll be doing: * Prepare, schedule, and execute weekly, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc payment runs (ACH/EFT, domestic and international Wires, Checks, and Virtual Cards). * Review payment proposals for accuracy, ensuring proper approvals and matching documentation are in place prior to disbursement. * Initiate and release payments within various commercial banking portals in compliance with segregation of duties. * Monitor bank accounts daily to ensure sufficient funding is available for scheduled payment runs. * Resolve payment failures and rejects by collaborating with banking partners and vendors. * Assist the Treasury team with cash flow forecasting by providing upcoming payment schedules. * Serve as the main point of contact for complex payment-related inquiries from internal departments and external vendors. * Provide payment confirmations and remittance advices to vendors as requested. * Perform daily reconciliation of processed payments against ERP system entries and bank statements. * Ensure strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and internal audit requirements regarding cash disbursements. * Assist with month-end close activities, including outstanding check analysis, voiding stale-dated checks, and AP aging reconciliation. * Compile payment data and documentation for internal and external auditors during annual audits. What you'll need: * Shift - 6.30AM onwards * Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai (WFO) * Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable – with a specific focus on payment processing. * Minimum Graduate. * Should be an experienced problem solver with good written and verbal communication skills. * Flexible attitude to achieve results. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Advanced MS office skills.
