Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to support global hiring. This individual will play a critical role in building
our talent pipeline at Director and VP level, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier senior leaders. The ideal candidate
is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills, global exposure, and a proactive,
solutions-oriented mindset.
The position will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Advisor in London.

About the job OpenTable, a Booking Holdings, Inc. company, is seeking a 12 month fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team in London. In this role, you will be instrumental in recruiting fresh talent across multiple countries and departments, including Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting. You will have a tangible impact on our business by acting as a brand ambassador, driving the full cycle recruitment process, and passionately advocating for candidate experience and diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities * Own full cycle recruitment responsibilities, continuously sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recommending candidates. * Attract top talent and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, online databases, social media, employee referrals, and creative programs. * Accurately track progress and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting using our ATS (Greenhouse). * Act as a brand ambassador to build and maintain the OpenTable employment brand. * Build positive relationships with employees across business functions and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. * Pipeline talent for future roles. Minimum Qualifications * 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. * Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously. * Demonstrable track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. * Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency. * Local to the London area and able to commute into the office 2 days a week. Preferred Qualifications * Experience recruiting for roles across the EU * Creative and results-oriented mindset focused on building positive relationships. * Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace. * Ability to communicate, interact, and negotiate effectively across time-zones with a variety of internal clients and external candidates. You're shaping how we hire at the senior and strategic end, not just running the searches. * Operates as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing expectations, challenging the brief when the ask doesn't match reality, and turning "unicorn" requests into searchable, fillable mandates. * Use data to lead, not just report; turn hiring intelligence into the insight that shapes leadership decisions and unblocks them before they stall. * Drive innovation across the function; pioneer new sourcing channels, AI-enabled tooling and assessment approaches, and set the standard for how DEPT® hunts rather than inheriting it. * Build and own proactive talent pipelines and market maps so we're never starting a search cold; you know where the A-players sit, and why they'd move, before the role even opens. * Headhunt directly at the top end. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Significant in-house recruitment experience, ideally inside a creative, media, digital or integrated agency. You understand billability, utilisation, and agency life. * A track record hiring across multiple EMEA markets; you know the difference between running a search in London, Amsterdam and Berlin, and you adapt accordingly. * Comfortable managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation, with the confidence to push back and lead hiring strategies. * Real direct-sourcing; Boolean, market mapping, pedigree mapping across rivals * Data fluency; you're comfortable building and defending a hiring story with metrics, not just gut feel. * Navigational Intelligence; the instinct for how to actually get things done inside a global, fast-moving, partner-led organisation. * A proactive and autonomous mindset, balanced with the relentless curiosity to keep reinventing how we hire.
