The CLM team's obsession is to provide a scalable & global platform, that makes Swile's internal business teams (BIC) as efficient and autonomous as possible in supporting and monitoring the lifecycle of any prospect or client. The team is structured around three pillars: - Acquisition Management - Selling Management - Customer Management We are a team of 13 people, operating in an international context across France and Brazil, working closely with Business, Innovation and Customer Care teams to cover the entire CRM value chain. 🚀 Your future impact: We are convinced that everyone matters. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for : Development 👩🏻💻 - Develop solution design options and recommendations, balancing business needs with technical complexity, - Maintain, refactor, and enhance the customized Salesforce-based application using various Salesforce technologies, - Design and implement solutions in line with industry coding standards and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), - Optimize code and configuration for improved system performance, - Design and architect custom applications, objects, and data models within Salesforce. Integration 🔗 - Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs and web services, - Ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and external platforms. Release Management and Testing 🦾 - Conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) to ensure application quality and stability, - Plan and execute Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition for end-users, - Maintain staging and production orgs. Beyond Salesforce 🌐 - Take ownership of topics that go beyond the Salesforce ecosystem, stepping in where needed to ensure end-to-end delivery, - Contribute to adjacent technical areas, including marketing tools, data contracts, backend development using Ruby on Rails, to support broader platform needs and cross-functional initiatives. The impact you will have on the role Design, implement, and maintain fullstack features for high-performance, customer-centric experiences across the Nivoda platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Build and iterate on frontend interfaces that are fast, accessible, and delightful to use. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer requirements and feedback. Mentor junior developers and improve the quality of engineering work in the broader team. About the role We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, distributed microservices, and modern cloud-based infrastructure as well as a demonstrated interest in or experience with GenAI and LLM technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex architectural challenges and has a strong track record of building and deploying reliable, high-performance software systems at scale. You will be instrumental in designing core systems, APIs, and data flows, while contributing to the evolution of our infrastructure. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, audiovisual data processing, and modern AI/LLM systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using one or more of: TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, and Python Design and build powerful REST APIs. Design and and take full cycle ownership of distributed microservices Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models Design, optimize, and manage relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Apache Druid Define and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform on AWS Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines 5+ years of professional software development experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or similar field.
