You will operate across multiple engagements, contributing to both strategic advisory efforts (e.g., operating model design, technology evaluation) and hands-on delivery (e.g., implementation, integration, and optimization). A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $100,000 – $130,000 USD for US based hires and $120,000 – $160,000 CAD for Toronto based hires, subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
