The Corporate Systems team focuses on maintaining secure, reliable systems that support employees across the company. This team
works closely with Security, IT, and Engineering partners to manage identity systems, endpoint devices, and cloud infrastructure.
The goal is to ensure systems are scalable, dependable, and prepared to address evolving security risks.
As an Application Engineer, you will manage and improve systems that support identity, device management, and cloud
infrastructure. You will build automation to streamline account and device lifecycle processes, respond to technical issues, and
contribute to engineering standards through code reviews and documentation. You will also use AI-assisted tools to enhance
development workflows and improve efficiency.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Robinhood’s iRAD team builds and scales investing experiences across areas like Retirement, Advisory, Recurring Investments, and Recommendations. The team works across both foundational and customer-facing surfaces, including onboarding flows, settings, deeplinks, and other shared product experiences. As a Senior Android Engineer on iRAD, you would build and evolve high-impact mobile experiences across these investing journeys, helping shape how customers discover, open, manage, and grow their accounts on Robinhood. You would lead complex Android work end to end across shared product surfaces and onboarding flows, partner closely with product, design, and backend teams, and make thoughtful technical decisions in areas where safety, scalability, and cross-team compatibility matter. The Robinhood Command Center (RCC) is a newly formed reliability team that serves as the front line for detecting, coordinating, and mitigating production incidents across Robinhood. As part of Robinhood’s broader reliability initiative, RCC works closely with product engineering, reliability, observability, infrastructure, and business teams to reduce customer impact and shorten incident duration. As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of the founding RCC team, helping define how Robinhood responds to and learns from incidents at scale. This is a highly visible role focused on incident leadership, operational excellence, and reliability tooling. You will not own product services or core infrastructure, but you will own the processes and tools that enable fast, high-quality incident response. This role is based in our Menlo Park, California office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
