We’re hiring a Safety Lead to become the embedded safety expert within our design team.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines safety expertise, content creation, and customer engagement. You’ll own your own
content workstream, help shape the safety quality of our learning experiences, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal
teams and customer stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with designers, learning specialists, product leaders, and customers to ensure our content reflects real-world
risks, industry best practices, and modern approaches to safety learning.
This is a hands-on builder role. You won’t simply review content at the end of the process — you’ll actively help create it,
improve it, and raise the safety capability of the entire team.

A successful Pastry Chef for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity * Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow. * Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen environment. * Culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential. * Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School * Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
