Som Technical Support Engineer / Aftersales Engineer är du en viktig teknisk resurs för våra kunder och samarbetspartners. Du stöttar tekniker och kunder med allt från felsökning till utbildning och driftsättning. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med kollegor inom After Sales, produktion, utveckling och leverantörer för att säkerställa att våra kunder får bästa möjliga stöd genom hela anläggningens livscykel.
Ge teknisk support och felsöka Advansors CO₂-baserade kyl- och värmesystem.
Hantera garantiärenden och tekniska utredningar.
Genomföra utbildningar för kunder och tekniker, både digitalt och på plats.
Delta vid driftsättning och uppstart av nya anläggningar i Sverige och övriga Europa.
Tjänsten innebär cirka 20–25 resdagar per år, främst inom Europa.

Har erfarenhet som kyltekniker och en god förståelse för kylsystem och felsökning.
Trivs med att utbilda, stötta och vägleda kunder och tekniker i tekniska frågor.
Arbetar strukturerat och ser vikten av dokumentation och uppföljning. Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Erfarenhet av CO₂-system är meriterande, men inget krav. Har du rätt tekniska grund och viljan att lära dig får du den utbildning som krävs för att bli specialist inom området.

SPI Global Play is looking for its next project management talent. You may currently work in construction, installations, logistics, production, service, events, technical support or operations. Perhaps you are already the person who keeps track of deadlines, solves practical problems, coordinates others and makes sure the job gets done. You do not need previous experience as a Project Manager. What matters is that you have the right foundation, attitude and ambition to become one. Our projects combine design, production, logistics, construction, installation and customer experience. As part of Global Leisure Group, we work with customers, suppliers, production units and installation teams across more than 50 countries. This is not a traditional desk job. You will help turn ideas and drawings into real destinations where people meet, play and create memories. The position is based in Malmö and includes regular international travel. Your path towards Project Manager You will start as a Project Management Trainee and work closely with experienced Project Managers and colleagues across the organization. You will learn how SPI plans, coordinates and delivers international projects. As your skills grow, you will take responsibility for project activities, parts of larger projects and eventually smaller projects of your own. The long-term objective is for you to develop into an independent Project Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position, not a short-term internship. Have strong technical understanding and an interest in products, installations and sites. Be structured and able to manage several activities at once. About the role As Sustainability & Utility Manager to BAT Fiedler & Lundgren, you will play a leading role in ensuring a safe working environment, driving the factory’s sustainability agenda, and securing reliable and efficient utility operations. The position has a strong focus on health and safety (EHS), where you take overall responsibility for compliance with Swedish legislation, internal standards, and international requirements, while continuously improving ways of working and strengthening the local safety culture. You will work closely with the production teams, ensuring that EHS processes, risk assessments, incident reporting, chemical handling, energy mapping, and sustainability data are accurate, up to date, and effectively implemented. The role also includes responsibility for utility management, where you set the direction for maintenance, manage and follow up on contracts, and act as a technical expert in projects involving EHS, sustainability, or utility. A central part of the role is to drive improvement initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration. You lead the EHS and sustainability roadmap, coordinate audits and inspections together with authorities and external partners, and contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient production processes. You will lead a team of six and foster a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative work environment. The role includes OPEX responsibility and close interaction with regional sustainability and engineering teams, as well as suppliers and service providers. This is a full-time consultancy assignment for six months with the ambition for a permanent hire. The position is based in Malmö and is primarily on-site during daytime hours. About You You will bring experience of managing multiple subcontract packages and also collaborating with client representatives to successfully deliver on business objectives.
